I have DOB certificate, However it just had details of my parents (Names) and hospital , date and time . My parents applied for DOB certificate just day after i born, So my name left blank in DOB certificate.

How to proceed now to submit DOB certificate to CIC.

Brother, ur 10th class certificate or an affidavit from the parents will suffice this issue...But this docs must contain :

Ur name
DOB
Parents name

I didnt receive any UCI so far.. Can I still send the degree certificates???

Very minimal chances that they will be able to find and place degree certi along with your current file without UCI.

What do you wish to do:
Be absolutely sure with the new application or be tensed until you hear from CIC!

Hey Everyone,
Does anyone know how to send a degree certificate, if the application is incomplete.. They receive my application on 11th of August. I think they havent started the August Application yet, So I was wondering if I can send it now.

Does anyone know how to do it? like I have to tell them this goes with the application before and I havent receive my UCI number either.

Please let me know.

My 2cents worth.

1. CIC may rotate staffing based on volumes, so higher staffing at the start, with a little leaner with the inflow reducing. I am guessing they have a target TAT SLA, which maybe in the region of 4 months from recvd to PER. They may be rotating staff around to meet that.
2. The last week should be treated as an aberration and if anything divide the 400 by the only 4 working days. I believe they are stil averaging a 100 a day. That's quite impressive actually. I also see much faster traction once May is over. (I dont believe it is due to higher rejections, if anything based on info available, their rejection rate is lower than 5%. )

CIC processed 534 applications in the first week, 470 in the second week, 469 in the third and 403 in the 4th .... Seems like CIC is slowing down ... we could account for a drop in the 4th week in the set above due to one less working day but there is nothing to show that they are picking up pace ..... COme on people. ... get your act together .... !!

If CIC doesnt process 500+ applications in the current week with the full working week (next total Cap update > 3263), then I will seriously lose it ... !!

Generally when birth certificate issued from Hospitals are really issued from Municipality authority (Birth and Death Department) they mention the details of parents, date-time..etc.and keep blank name column. But later we have to get entry of baby's name through Municipality office.
