Has anyone from LVO recvd MR already for FSW 2014? I am not sure if i have seen any.... I was expecting to get MR by the first week of October.... Allah Help us.... Hope someone makes LVO realize the NDVO is going at jet speed

it will charge around in 106 days after submitting your docs, as you mentioned that your file received on 2 sept 2014 so it will charge by 18 to 20 dec-2104, as mine charged on 26 Aug as my file received on 12 May-14, hope it clearify your query

Does anybody know someone who received PER based on a employer ref letter which provided only "brief" job description. i.e. 3 points covering main job duties which are fairly matching well with NOC?

Doesn't look like any issues.
They'll forward your file to respective Visa office. And it shouldn't be a problem because of the spelling.

it depends brother, my app rec on 8 may and dd cashed on 17 july. so it took 68 days for me, yes its taking 100 days also but again no one knows how cio is charging and where and why its taking time. cc payments are normally faster then dd. it took me 67 days so I guess atleast it will take 45 to 60 days for cc to charge but more can happen.

brother payment is being charged from 65 to 100 days..........depending on case.......dd takes longer time.....but minimum 65 days are there to expect cc charged. it can take longer a bit as well.

btw that's an estimate to give u an idea how things will be done and approx. about how much time they will take. good luck buddy.

You can send revised generic form with cover letter explaining all the changes. It may be added or not - but surely can take chance. There is no harm in doing it.

I don't think that for spelling mistake, an application will be rejected. Again, you can send cover letter explaining those.

My husband (principal applicant) applied for 2173, documents reached CIC on July 29th. Our consultant made a mistake in one of our forms, he mentioned VISA Office as "Sydney" and it should be "New Delhi". When we pointed out the mistake(after sending the documents, ofcourse) he said, he corrected it before sending them to CIC. But, we do not believe him completely and not willing to take risk. Can we send a mail to CIC to tell that VO should be Delhi? Will they correct it? Does anyone have such experience?

And also, in my husband's dob - his mother's name has spelling mistake (Compared to the one on passport) and his father's name is correct. Will CIC accept dob? We also attached SSC certificate as supporting documents for education, his father's name and dob is mentioned. Would they consider the same for proof of age as well? I am not sure of the order of documents.

brother according to 2013 ss, it will take 10 months.

the person who got mr is actually a polish national living in London itself. where as we are in asia and applied from asia so for us it will take time, only 3 persons got file transferred from which only one is from pak. so London vo will go slow, make up ur mind and sit and relax till atleast January or feb 2015. but I pray that it should come sooner than that.

My application reached on 12 Aug 2014.

Now my questuon is :

1. What is the probability of acceptance. as i can see current cap is 242 for 26 May application
2. My Name is not written on the birth certificate, I provided the translation for the same. However, i did not submit any affadavit for name.
will they reject it on that basis.

Please guide me. what to do next.
