Thanks for your prompt reply. Do I need to include in the leter of reference an introduction book to my company as my company does not have a website. The book is quite good because it include my CV as one of the leader and all the credential I have done in the past years.

Definitely. i believe it will add credibility to your claim. Since this is a senior level position, and in the context of no website, it will not be viewed as overkill. Best of luck!

Hello FSW 2014 Applicants,

Wishing all the FSW 2014 applicants who applied, a quick PER / Processing of application.

I would like to inform you that we have a FB group for discussing all the settlement issues in Canada. Since the setting for the fb group has been selected as "secret" so only group members see the group, who's in it & what members post.

Since the fb group is to discuss settlement issues and Networking, we have the following two conditions for applicants wishing to join the fb group:

1) Applicants must have PER.
2) Applicants must join with their regular fb profile.

We have many applicants in the fb group who have already landed and they can be a great help for discussing settlement issues across Canada. Also you can help if you have knowledge about certain question asked in the group.

All the FSW2014 Applicants who meets the above two conditions and wish to join the fb group shall PM me the email id of their fb profile.

Thank you.

I think it is not required, as it is not necessary that all the organisation to have the website. However if you want to put than also there is no issue. Keep in mind that reference letter on company letter pad is mandatory.

6 years experience in last 10 years will fetch you 15 points. But ensure those are matched with NOC description very much.
Thanks Brother . Can I write different NOC in one financial year if duties partially fall in different NOC. in 12 b Sch 3

I can get the letter signed by the CEO and Chairman. Does CIC consider the possibility of jobs offer in Canadian market in order to offer PER? what I mean is ofcourse I will not get the same position in CAN so will they consider that? Does big, reputable firm have more added value than small firms?

Thanks a lot!

If you have a job offer, you can apply under Arranged employment stream and the offered job needs not to be a part of 50 eligible NOCs. So, you are not bound to apply under 0013.

Guys, in a horrible situation :( :( :( ??? ???, Had issued DD from ICICI bank, India, The validity for that is 3 months. Initially had inquired about it they said 6 months. The DD validity is till 11th sept according to 3 months. My app reached on 18th june. What should I do? send another DD? Also, I have given my CC details also and it has the limit of 70000 INR, Approx 1250 CAD. Will the CIC charge all money from CC if the DD doesn't work??

Asif, Oscar and all senior members, what's the way?

Means in the fee payment form you have ticked both the option as a mode of payment?????

If you don't claim on the Schedule 3, then it depends on the discretion of review officer.

Odd question... I've shown 3yrs and 1 month experience with respect to NOC1112. Other than that I have had 3 other jobs in the other 3 years...for which I have submitted my job offer letters, relieving letters, visiting cards. All these are valid NOC in the curent fsw 2014 system but I have not mentioned NOC codes next to them... any likelihood of me getting points for those work ex as well ?? .... i am counting only my 3yr 1 month work ex and making about 71 odd points ...

Anyone here got PER who were refused for student visa earlier?

CIC Case officer goes by the rule book. There is no subjectivity in his decisions, and hence he will only look at NOC 2011 code applicability and your job description matching that.

Go ahead!

Hi, My second application will reach CIC on Sept 10, 2014 under NOC 4011. Will I be within the CAP? According to SS- more than 80 have applied and latest CAP update shows 35

Easy! For sure!

Guys, I have a complicated question here,as you said before that the number is reserved in the CAP after PER not after caching the money. for my case after sending PER's to only the applicants of 20 days in May, my NOC 2281 is filled with 139 persons, i did my own excel sheets and put my expectations about the growth of the CAP every week and that's makes me very disappointed as i will be ready to send in early October. However i reviewed the spreadsheet and found something: the number of applicants in May is the greatest comparing with other months, it reduces by half in June and keep reducing till August, Is that means that the ready guys who had their IELTS ready, education evaluation done and most of documents available have filled May that way, and then the number get reduced, and the flow is keeping normal with the guys waiting their IELTS exams, then results and WES evaluation, as if the flow continue to be like that, the percentage going to my NOC will be reduced too and then i can catch it, otherwise i will be very depressed :(

How you guys see that?

I concur with you zaydoov, i too have done similar calculation and let me tell you, most of us late applicants here are banking on this theory :D
+1 for refreshing everyone's memory with the analysis... Fingers crossed and best wishes!! :)

Sure. You can even write same month. I can leave a company on 15 jan and join another on 16th Jan.
