Does your other Job Offer Letter mentioned main Job duties ? and since you haven't mentioned appropriate matching NOC, there is No starting point for Visa Officer to assess your previous jobs (duties/ NOC- Skill type 0,A,B). There' no scope for getting points towards those jobs

Since you're already getting sufficient points it should not be a concern for you 8)

Odd question... I've shown 3yrs and 1 month experience with respect to NOC1112. Other than that I have had 3 other jobs in the other 3 years...for which I have submitted my job offer letters, relieving letters, visiting cards. All these are valid NOC in the curent fsw 2014 system but I have not mentioned NOC codes next to them... any likelihood of me getting points for those work ex as well ?? .... i am counting only my 3yr 1 month work ex and making about 71 odd points ...

It should contain either of your parent name. If you are from India,it should be carrying your father's name.

Thanks .One more doubt if name of wife is not in her Birth Certificate (which was in Hindi) .I got it translated into english In the certification of translation maiden name of wife is printed .Now,if I have to submit an affidavit of change of name after marriage in case of my wife. My application has been reached CIC Sydney on 25th August for NOC2173,
Worried about the CIC data, May 22 PER , means by may 30 it might cross 300 by May itself. So by May, June and July it might reach 900 as per current scenario, And might be capped by mid of August.

Could you tell me would my application be in the cap1000 of NOC2173 , And when will I get a reply from CIO

yea,,, it fits you it seems ... it doesn't have to be on the first page ... if the total list of titles includes 'vice president', you should be good .... but the job duties should really fit more than the title .... if my response is good enough, remember to hire me ... lol

Thanks for your prompt reply. Do I need to include in the leter of reference an introduction book to my company as my company does not have a website. The book is quite good because it include my CV as one of the leader and all the credential I have done in the past years.

Again would like to mention that summary mentions only the recent and highest degree. Not all degrees.
Points will be 22 in this case for 2 bachelors degrees.

I am not sure. To mention, in my case it reads "Bachelor's (four years) and master's degree ".

Anycase, I agree, it has to be 22 points. Irrespective the summary reads both the degrees or not, as long as it is separately mentioned in the WES report.

Guys, in a horrible situation ??? ???, Had issued DD from ICICI bank, India, The validity for that is 3 months. Initially had inquired about it they said 6 months. The DD validity is till 11th sept according to 3 months. My app reached on 18th june. What should I do? send another DD? Also, I have given my CC details also and it has the limit of 70000 INR, Approx 1250 CAD. Will the CIC charge all money from CC if the DD doesn't work??

Jess,

"00" is quite a senior level position so more than the Designation.. ensure that your Ref letter (job duties) is making the cut. Also, prefer getting it signed by the CEO/ Chairman/ Board member of your Firm 8)

I can get the letter signed by the CEO and Chairman. Does CIC consider the possibility of jobs offer in Canadian market in order to offer PER? what I mean is ofcourse I will not get the same position in CAN so will they consider that? Does big, reputable firm have more added value than small firms?

First of all congrats for your PER
According to me,

1. Indian embassy might take a week or 2 to issue PCC but before that you need to get pCC from Dubai police

2. Yes, need to deposit passport, takes a week or 2

3. You can contact London VO /follow instructions in your PER mail.

4. No, you need to update them incase of any change in position,location , child birth etc...check PER mail for details.

5. Normally London VO doesn't send AOR, if you see the processing time its around 27 months...however I feel it should be well within that time frame and PPL received MR within a year of file transfer as per previous FSW.

6. Since you would be federal skilled worker, you can stay in any province however I think you should first concentrate on your landing and getting PR then change location .

1, I would like to know if it is possible to pay additional and avoid depositing passport since i cannot get passport for more than one day :'( , or I need to give lot of explanation for passport withdrawal .
2, Regarding The Provence , Should I mention to Visa office that I want to change Provence of initial landing to Toronto and not Haliflex which was initially mentioned.
