Dear friends,

I dont have a birth certificate. I am planning to submit a notarized affidavit with School certificate, passport and voters card as supporting documents.
Can some one give a rough idea about how the heading and content of the affidavit should read like?

Ishak

There is no fixed format as such. Ask the notary as they usually have the formats. They will get it done for you.

For someone who has worked at the same place in different positions do we need 2 job reference letters or just 1 with change in position

I have worked part time at a store while i was in college and then after graduation worked at the same store as a supervisor. I've asked the store manager for 2 letters one for part time role and another for full time with date of employment and number of hours worked in a week

is this fine or should I have this on one single letter

Single letter is fine as long as it mentions both roles and job responsibilities.

In my WES evaluation, 'The Canadian Equivalency Summary' states 'Bachelor's degree (Four years)' only, and in the below credential analysis part it shows two separate credentials, first which is Canadian equivalent to 'Bachelor's degree (Four years)' and the second credential which is equivalent to 'Bachelor's degree (three years)', therefore should I expect 21 or 22 points for my Education?

22 points for double graduation

Congrats Ravel!!

NO! That's not the address. If you're applying under one of the 50 eligible occupations and if you're submitting the application through courier this is the address that you need to send it to:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category, Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

If The Canadian Equivalency Summary states Bachelor's degree (Four years) then you get 21 points.

Nishesh, Here skquddusi has 2 degrees mentioned as bachelors as per Canadian Equivalency. hence 22 points.
