You can add the following in the affidavit: "My Father's Full name is firstname lastname which has been mentioned in the School Certificate using the Initials of his Last Name as firstname initials."

Job reference letters
10th certificate which has my name and dob and an affidavit from my Parents

Yes it does infact UCI or [size=10pt]UNIQUE[/size] Client Identification # remains same for every individual irrespective of the type of visa application.

In this case they are still reviewing your application and you should get charged within this week for sure. And then your ECAS = "IN PROCESS"

I had applied in 2013 and the because CAP was reached the application returned. I also got a UCI number with it.
While filling up the form this time I didnt mention the UCI number.

Now my question is I am trying to track my Application for 2014 using the OLD UCI and the page returns:

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:"

I am wondering why this is not showing even the status of the last application filled in 2013 and if OLD UCI gets associated with the new application the why it is showing the above thing?

Please help!

PL confirm reference letter sud be from immediate boss or it is ok if I get it from some Sr collegue from my team.
As I hav worked with all the MNCs , it is not possible to get it done form HR.
ALso reference letter from colleague wwont be on company's letter head, will that be ok ?

will all above things make my case weak ?? (((

PL suggest ASAP.
I m in the final stage of filling my application and response will be highly great.

Well there is no "if" here. He has already received his ECA Report and he has clearly mentioned in his post that the Canadian Equivalency Summary that he has been awarded by WES is "Bachelor's Degree (Four Years)" which means he gets 21 points.

umm go back to his post and check he has 2 degrees

Rohit my friend, like u wrote, you did not mention the 2013 UCI while filling the form in 2014, how do you expect CIC to know and tie your 2014 file to 2013 UCI?? (thats my understanding)

It would have worked if you had mentioned the UCI while filling the forms this time.

As far as CC is concerned, they are still working on 22nd May, so your might be close. Just keep a close watch for a week more and then shoot a mail to CIC with your details..

I would suggest you add a cover letter. Also get contact address/visiting cards/phone/e-mail of few of your colleagues/supervisor of that company so that if verification required by VO, they can perform it.

I am applying for 0121 noc code and having continuous 4 years of experience into it.

But before sometime i came to know that my previous to previous company was closed in 2012 end.

And my experience is from 2010 to 2011 (Almost 14 months) but at the same time i have all the things like offer letter,Appointment letter,Salary certificate and also certificate of employment --> in which they have mentioned my job duties,working hours and last salary also...

So do i need to do any thing particularly for that company

Thanks Spicysank! but was wondering they will be able to connect the dots and attach the UCI to my current application ? as I mentioned i didnt write my UCI from 2013 in 2014 form. I guess they will be able to on the basis of the passport number if I am not wrong?

Lol i was quoting criteria for getting 22 points I know his canadian equivalency states 4 years bachelors degree and another bachelors has canadian equivalency of 3 years.

if his credentials have been evaluated as 2 DIFFERENT bachelors degree of 3 or more years then he will get 22 points

Agree with nishesh3003, skquddusi should expect to get 21 points for his education as the Canadian Equivalency Summary clearly and only states 'Bachelor's degree (Four years)'.
The credential analysis part of the ECA only lists the credentials that have been evaluated. In his case, two Bachelor's degrees (one of four years and the other three)
This may mean that the three years bachelor's degree was not considered equivalent to a Canadian Bachelor's degree!

No 2 degrees can be clubbed together and evaluated as one single bachelors or 4 years. I suggest you read the document on Education credential evaluation. He has 2 degrees and 1 has been evaluated as a canadian bachelors of 4 years and another canadian bachelors of 3 years

It gives him 22 points according to the document on CIC website. Pls give it a look

@ ckondez pls refer the document any post secondary study completed for 3 years and an bachelors degree of 4 years gives 22 points

1 = i think letter head must be required, verify with the seniors here
2= no boss from previous co. - self affidavit will work here, explain the whole case "why u are unable" to get a ref. letter.
