CIC document states the following for photo requirements

supply six 6 photos for each member of your family member , whether accompanying or not, and yourself.

Is this also applicable to single applicant with no dependents, Im single Do I have to include my parents and sibling photos

To clear off the confusion - Family Member does not include parents and/or siblings.

You can submit a notarized affidavit along with a copy of the SSC Certificate for proof of birth.

This is assuming your SSC Cert mentions your DOB and Parent's full name.

Passport and Voter's ID are not accepted as proof of birth by CIC so no point including them.

In my SSC I have my birth date and the parents name. But the parents name is mentioned with Initials eg: Ahmed VP instead of Ahmed Valiyaparambil as in my passport. Will this be ok?

Are you sure ?

The Canadian Equivalency Summary should state "Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas" for 22 Points.

It does not matter how many credentials were evaluated and recognized as part of the process.
yes Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas - he's first degree has been evaluated as canadian bachelors for 4 years and another as bachelors of 3 years

That will be fine. Declare the anomaly in the affidavit as well.

Nope

Family means You and YOUR dependants

I.e. You your spouse and children. You would be included in your Dad's family but not vice versa.

My thinking though.

Hi

I jus have a small query.

Do Visa officials call the employer to check the work ex certi authenticity before giving PER? Or is it at the time of interview that they call??

Pls let me know.
Thanks

Interview and ref checks, both are done randomly (depending on doubts by CIC). They may or may not be done.

wo-aaooow, @spicy

why worrying for other email status.
PER is coming in ur inbox, i can see it is reached @ somewhere in middle east - on the way...
Stay Alert. :o

Dear Ricky:

I am not sure whether your roles fall under NOC0013 or NOC 0015.

As you involve development and selling of HR software, you must be involved heavily on marketing related jobs. Please check the NOC 1123 and see how many roles you played. If you find your roles matching with 6 or more with 1123, you can consider this NOC. Also mention, additionally you performed those roles mentioned in earlier application.

Cheers

Currently. I am the head of Development and selling of HR software 3

Buddy send your Ref letter to someone from your NOC. That would help.

For others it might look alien. But generally its should be tailored to your job title and should also be almost 75-80% of HRSDC website. Look into the link
