In my WES evaluation, 'The Canadian Equivalency Summary' states 'Bachelor's degree (Four years)' only, and in the below credential analysis part it shows two separate credentials, first which is Canadian equivalent to 'Bachelor's degree (Four years)' and the second credential which is equivalent to 'Bachelor's degree (three years)', therefore should I expect 21 or 22 points for my Education?

Dear friends,

I dont have a birth certificate. I am planning to submit a notarized affidavit with School certificate, passport and voters card as supporting documents.
Can some one give a rough idea about how the heading and content of the affidavit should read like?

Ishak

You can submit a notarized affidavit along with a copy of the SSC Certificate for proof of birth.

This is assuming your SSC Cert mentions your DOB and Parent's full name.

Passport and Voter's ID are not accepted as proof of birth by CIC so no point including them.

If The Canadian Equivalency Summary states Bachelor's degree (Four years) then you get 21 points.

22 points as they have evaluated it as 2 bachelors degree of length 3 or more years

Hi Seniors, need some advise as little worried. Mine original birth ceritificate was in punjabi and didnt had my name on it as at that time my parents didnt registered the name.

So i sent the notary english transalation of the original birth certificate along with the copy of original BC, also affidavit from my father certifying that I am his son born on particular date along with my father's passport copy and also my tenth certifictae having DOB but no parents name, so just want to confirm will this suffice or there can be any issue?

Thanks.

Should be ok.

Are you sure ?

The Canadian Equivalency Summary should state "Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas" for 22 Points.

It does not matter how many credentials were evaluated and recognized as part of the process.

CIC document states the following for photo requirements

supply six 6 photos for each member of your family member , whether accompanying or not, and yourself.

Is this also applicable to single applicant with no dependents, Im single Do I have to include my parents and sibling photos
