Hello seniors... I'm new to this forum. Applied for fsw 2014. Got my cc charged on 2nd sept and waiting for Per. I was revisiting my job duties just to over come insecurity and suddenly I realised that they are not matching with my noc 0113. May be its negativity of my mind stopping me to think rationally. Could you please have a look below on what I have sent to cic. Although I have listed these in one go but these duties are on separate letter heads of three world renowned MNC's.

1.) managing 9 engineering supply companies for all technical and commercial issues.
2.) planning and monitoring development of required parts supplied by and of the 9 engineering material suppliers assigned to him.
3.) monitoring controlling inspecting and assessing all 9 engineering firms on parameters of quality cost and delivery for supply of material
4) Negotiating with 9 engineering firms for all technical and annual commercial aspects.
6) to finalize technical and commercial specifications of the equipments to be purchased
7) to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on technical and commercial aspects.
8.) to plan and control purchasing activities related to ongoing engineering projects
9.) to develop internal strategy and guidelines for indirect procurement operations.
10.) to interview team associates(diploma holders) and purchase engineers( degree holder) for manpower requirements.
11.) Sourcing and procurement of various commodities
12.) execution of contracts
13.) Negotiating with suppliers on prices and contracts terms and conditions
14.) supplier management on basis of quality cost and delivery
15.) managing end to end sourcing projects.


These duties are from my 3 employers ( 5 duties on each letter head) including current one covering a total worked of almost 5 years.

Any chances I might get Per?

I got PER mail from CIC on 21-Aug-2014.


Can you please guide me on below query.
Currently I am on assignment in Jakarta Indonesia and will be in jakarta till june-2015.
My Visa office : New Delhi,India & my spouse & kid are in India
Once we get the request for MR , by what time we should be submitting the medical reports , I belive 60 days
Also at the latter stage when the pass port is requested by NDVO , by what time we should be submitting the Passport, I belive 30 days .

Since my spouse and kid are in Hyd,India , can they do the MR from India and Can I do MR at Jakarta.

Also, for the second part on Passport request , Is ther any means that I can send my Passport back to India for PR stamping or is ther any way out that I can do from Jakarta & my Spouse and kid can do the stamping from India..
Once we submit the Pass port to NDVO , How much time they usually take for PR stamping..

Please advice and guide me on this.

CIC have a panel of physicians worldwide so as long as you use an official physician you can do your MR locally and your family back in India. Again with passports you can courier them seperatley

i cannot travel to ny indian embassy to get the pcc.

if i mail my documents, then how much time it will take to get my pcc from ny indian embassy ?

Dear Seniors,

Below is the list of originals and copies mentioned separately as per the document check list. Kindly correct if anything mentioned wrong. Also need to know if anything has been missed out. Hope this will be helpful for avoiding any confusion whether original or the copies need to be sent

Originals:
1. All the application forms
2. IELTS test report form
3.Letter of attestation for PhD stream (if applicable)
4. Canadian arranged employment offer letter (if applicable)
5. ECA report
6. PCC and Clearance
7. Photos

Copies:
1. Travel documents and passports
2. Proof of admission if applying from a different country other than your home country
3. Certificates/transcripts of education
4. Work permit (if currently working in Canada)
5. ESDC confirmation (if applicable)
6. Experience/reference letters for previous work experience
7. Proof of relationship/proof of status/proof of residency of relatives in Canada (if applicable)
8. Proof of settlement funds
9. Identity and civil status documents
10. Children's information (if applicable)

Do you get points for all the work experience you have in list 0, A and B..............?

if yes why the occupation lists are being rolled out ............

You get points of 67 . However there are some mandatory requirements for even to be eligible to have your app checked for 67 points. And one of those eligibility checks are that you have a minimum of 1 year experience in the eligible NOC's and some other more.. 11-15: company Y
