I feel you are a little too optimistic, have you been on the sherry? lol

Comeon Mikeypm.... you're too pessimistic .... just 1 more day to go before your application received date gets active .... and considering this week was short .... you gotta believe in the coming week .... I gave you an optimistic target of 5th Sep.... but I am more than sure that 26th will start getting charged latest by 10th Sep.....

Hi Seniors,

I am planning to apply for FSW 2014 under NOC 2172. All my papers are ready, but have two queries for you.

My birth certificate has two issues,

1. The birth place in my BC is different from that in Passport and SSLC certificate(Passport and SSLC have the same). All other information in the BC is correct. So, I am planning to send my BC with an affidavit saying that the birth place in BC is incorrect for so and so reasons and I attach the SSLC certificate as a proof of birth place. I will attach the SSLC certificate along with this. Do you think this will work out?

2. My BC has both Local language and English translation for all the information. Should I still send a translated copy which has only the English part?

Appreciate all your help and responses.

Thanks

I think you are all set to file your application ... if your BC already has english translation, you're good. I hope you will be sending xerox copies of the ame which are notarized as well.... Best of luck mate !

Hi,

I have a query, the pace with which applications are being processed, what do you think by when fee for 25th June 2014 applications should be encahsed? As I doubt if it goes beyond Dec '14 then 6 months validity of DD will be over. And in that case what will happen to application?

Thanks

Don't think you will need to wait that long .... I am thinking you should get your CC charged by OCtober ..... You should get your PER by November I am sure ... Best of luck man ... !! December is toooo far for a 25th June applicant.

CIC are up to 22nd May for CC charge and 15th May for PER, the Spread Sheet indicates less applications after May so possibly late October to Mid November for your DD to be enchashed.

Good luck

gotta correct you here mikey ... 16th May for PERs....

Hello all

The visa office has asked me for an updated proof of funds (including source). I sent them my current bank statement (6 month history) with my application (the amount was several times higher than required settlement funds). Is it fine to send the same updated document? I never heard of anybody to list the source of the money in their account. Also, the account balance is only increased by ~10% since the time of application.

Thanks for your comments and advice.

It's not an unusual request, so just send them your latest statement and provide details of the source

I applied to NDVO, India and waiting for "Processing started". Does online PCC issued by Delhi Police (for Delhi residents only) which is digitally signed and sent by mail to the recipient is acceptable by NDVO?

@k_b: Any information ?

Get an affidavit along with parents describing the situation, an will work for you.
need to attached urs and parents photo and signed...on 100rs stamp that i am not sure, but this a way out.
