Considering the 2014 spread sheet there is a good chance for you to be in the cap if you apply in September,
I would apply!

Hi People,

Can any one help me in getting the right approach.

I will be applying for my PR on 18th of Sept with NOC 2171 -IS Analyst and consultants. I have 5yrs of IT experience (Oracle Apps).

Issue is that I will be travelling to USA by Nov-Dec and I will be giving Canadian HC - New delhi as the centre. For the post submission processes
- CC Charge - PER - AOR -Interviews- Medicals & RPRF - Passport Request -

Will I have come back to India ? Or I can avail it from any USA Canadian High Commission office.

Experts - Please guide me through ....Thanks in Advance.

For FSW13 applicants had to come back to India....or they have sent their PP by their friend/relatives to get the PP stamped...(this is better to avoid if there is other option is available...)

Usually NDVO dont give the permission to send the PP on CPC-O...

And the process is right...

Suggestion : she should start working on getting FBI PCC after receiving PER ( ASAP )

If she has not entered US after 2007 .. She should not bother about getting Pcc in last 3 months .
Infact her Pcc is valid till the time her next visit /entry to US again

Hi Gsw, Thanks for taking your time in replying to this post. I agree that she has to get the PCC from FBI mandatorily.
But could you please guide me to a link where it says the 3 month expiry data is not applicable to her, as she hasn't visited US since 2010?
