I hope that CIO will not have any trouble charging my card to $ 1400 CAD.....

i think you need credit not debit card coz authority can be given for credit and pin is required for debit, hope im correct

I have worked it out CIO only has one plug socket so they can either plug in the credit card machine and charger or plug in the computer and email PER, hence why they cant do both at once lol

This waiting malarkey is boring me, Im off to look for a unicorn as they are less rare than CC charge and PER from CIC lol

100,000 Rupees correct?

if yes then u should be okay...just that u wont be able to spend much till the time u get charged...

they don't need pin to charge it dear..... i made payment to ECA through debit card while it was mentioned to pay through credit card....

the moment i press the pay button after giving my card number and cwd the massage was on my mobile phone about debit amount and payment was charged immidietly.....

its debit card ....well acceptable as they are not online merchant and recognized and need not give the pin..
