As per the PER my DD was en-cashed on 21st August .

I am a July 23rd applicant for NOC 2174 which is the most hottest at the moment. So would I be able to make it to the cap?

simple and hard truth is NO, they are still processing 20 may apps at cio and 2174 has already got 480 apps....it will be filled by june 10 max......I wont give u false hopes, u just cant make it this time. good luck.

Guys n ladies, you remember my whining cos cic said i didnt include my email address in my application......
Now, I can confirm to you that some miracles still happen! I just got my PER!!!
Thank God, thanks to y'all for your continued encouragement and motivation to keep hope alive.

Please if you may, help update the ss as I am on the go at the moment.

Well I would not say so because the apps have declined after 15th May

simple and hard truth is NO, they are still processing 20 may apps at cio and 2174 has already got 480 apps....it will be filled by june 10 max......I wont give u false hopes, u just cant make it this time. good luck.

dude, lets hope for good.
May be they have policy to keep accepting applications with hot NOCs as 25000 is overall limit...many NOCs will have very less applctns.. so HOPE is there that they will adjust them there.. best f luck.

Most likely yes

As per calculations now onwards add 40-50 apps per week (for 2174 ) now onwards (21st may )

If your job duties are in sync with any other NOC send another file for that NOC (preferrably 2281) look it up and may be you will be a in a safe boat..
