I got to know that DD has only 3 months validity, I am August month applicant, if the CIC crosses 3 months to take my application, what will be the solution.

Guys..... Century/Ashif/Oscar and others who know this...

Some days back i talked about recieving an email from CIC saying my application has been recieved on X date.
It looked like an AOR that supposed to be from local VO , but got it from CIO , sydney.

But today i checked my ECAS... and Yesssssss....... It showing "IN PROCESS"....

Does that mean the PER is done?????? Shall i confirm frmo CIC?

November seems just about right ..... First half of November should be most probable ... If CIC really picks up good pace .... that coupled with lower applications could mean October end ..... But practically I would got with First half of November..... Which NOC Aman ???


Other than this, I had also predicted this morning that the total apps to 2320, NOC 1112 - 453 ... pretty close to the numbers that actually came out ...

Which bank draft is this ?
i had got a draft issued by ICICI which does not have validity mentioned, implying that validity is 6 months from date of issue as confirmed by the bank. They have also said that they can extend validity if I request in future.

I think in Canada the DD don't have an expiry date, as long as the DD is drawn on a Canadian bank I think it will be ok!!

iam from syria and currently working in jeddah
my question is about notarized copy of some documents
is it mandatory for all documents that included in my application to be notarized ?
for example my passport copy and my identity card and the document that prove my uncle is Canadian like lease contract or vise card statements ??

In my case most of the documents were notarized, apart from the True Copy (Bank Statement/ FD statement / Application forms / WES report / IELTS scores) all other like Passport copy / BC / proof of relative in Canada/education certificates and any other photo copy was Notarized.

mine is 2133.... i've been actually following ur predictions for a few days now and somehow always felt u would be pretty close, even today. well done mate ;D

My Two cents:
The CIC website clearly mentions the address as Sydney for FSW applications. I dont think there exists any other address specifically for consultants, which is against their policy. If your app has not yet received by anyone, i suggest you ask your consultant to redirect the package to the Sydney address. The consultants almost always never accept their mistakes, but you dont be a victim.

Hi guys i am new here i sent my application under noc 0311 but for 8 days now it didnt reach sydney for 5 days it is in nova scotia dhl office ...i am very angry i have emailed them but no reply ...phoned them they told me that it is out for delivery but the tracking doesnt show that it left the office yet ...is this normal ...i am very frightened they lost the papers or something
