I am a diploma holder...i got WES report says "3 years hospital study and completion of certificate-level course in midwifery"

is this report ok to get 21 points....need suggestion ............

For you to get points, WES needed to evaluate your course as a diploma - not as a certificate. Since WES has evaluated your education as a certificate-level course, I don't think you will get any education points.

I believe reading require only 3.5 Band,
whereas Listening require 4.5 band
and rest both Writing and speaking require 4 each.

YEa .. those could be the exact numbers .... But how tough is Band 5 anyway .... Cheers !!!

Guys, have sent the FSW Application docs through a consultant and on checking the tracking no. have noticed that the destination mentioned is Halifax, Nova Scotia. On inquiring with the consultant, they mentioned that Halifax is the Central hub and all docs are forwarded from Halifax to Sydney office. Also they mentioned that they are approved Canada Government consultants and they won't make a mistake and that everything is OK.

But I am not sure. Do I need to worry ?

My Two cents:
The CIC website clearly mentions the address as Sydney for FSW applications. I dont think there exists any other address specifically for consultants, which is against their policy. If your app has not yet received by anyone, i suggest you ask your consultant to redirect the package to the Sydney address. The consultants almost always never accept their mistakes, but you dont be a victim.

I think you could possibly see 26th getting harged by friday(which means I get a medal)... or for sure next week..... CHill out and relax ... take your mind off things man .... I think the words (Degree or Diploma) must be mentioned in the Canadian equivalent to get the points!!

1. Currently application has reached at Mississauga and is still with courier company Aramex.The destination address as seen in online tracking is Halifax, nova Scotia.

No. He will get 15 only if he assessed his high school degree and Wes gave it a high school degree equivalency. Right now, he will most certainly not get any points. We had another applicant with the exact same assessment with a rejection just a few days ago.

is it mandatory for all documents that included in my application to be notarized ?
for example my passport copy and my identity card and the document that prove my uncle is Canadian like lease contract or vise card statements ??

No, only documents that need translation into English or French need to be notarized.
