Friends.. sorry for spamming this thread but I am eagerly waiting for some inputs from forum members on this.. any thoughts please?
================
guys,

While I was waiting in uncertainty over fate of my application, I got provisional residence visa to AU and so I have resigned to my job and booked my tickets for next month to AU.

In the mean time, I got PER mail just two days back from CIC reviving my hopes! So now I have to inform CIC about the facts that I have resigned my current job and going to AU. My family still stays back in my home country. I am taking PCC now before leaving to AU and am planning to do Meds in AU for myself.
Do you think this will cause any problem for the fate of visa's rest of the process? Canada is always my first choice and don't want to mess it up under any circumstances!!

I am happy to share that got MR request for little while ago from NDVO. I will update the SS shortly. Thanks

Dear all....

One of my family members have applied for FSW on the 29th April still to date no mails from CIC... She went thro a consultant and he advised her that CIC has made the decision on the 29th of July... Can this information be accepted... Also her DD has expired now... And after chking with the bank it still not charged...Still no docs or application is returned from CIC...

Need some advise on this....

I thought CIC started accepting applicants from May 1st, so if you sent it on 29th April, it would be counted according to 2013 quota/processing. Most of this thread is regarding 2014 cases.
O. O.

Still, no problem brother.

Best of luck.

She said the envelope wasn´t fitting so the courier professional suggested doing this way.

It doesn´t have the NOC Category and Primary NOC code as expected, but it does have "Federal Skilled Worker" as recipient!

Truly hope it is sufficient. Worst of all, I will have to wait a lot of time to find out what will happen.

Fingers crossed!!!

Certainly. Currently 21st may joined the party.

Note that, it takes around 3 to 15 days to get the status of DD encashment by banks. So you have to wait.

Got MR Request few minutes ago, :) :)

how long after the "we started processing your file on XXXXX" apears on ECAS do you get the meds request email?

There is no policy that if someone get residency from other country, his application will be rejected. So relax on this issue.

Which Translator did you use to translate your non-English/French PCC? I'm looking for opinions/options.
Thanks,

1. If DD is yet not been charged, it is bad news.
2. If rejected, I think, CIO already sent the doc to your consultant. They might hide/delay information of receiving rejection.

Last time her docs received as the cap was full in 2013...and she received docs to her home address... We don't kw if this time it's with the consultant ...

Can we mail CIC?

ECAS is updated within 15 days of charging. So, you have to wait for that time.

My CC was not charged, I've been rejected.

As far as I know, you dont get any updates there unless you've been accepted.
I've been refused twice (overcap last year / missing docs this year), no info there for me as well.
All the info they give you is what's within the refusal letter, which is not very clear anyway.
(Unless you've been accepted this time... Didn't read the full backlog.)

I kind of imagined that. The thing is, I can't even login to it. I get some error message or something.
All my info is correct.

This is what I get after I try to login:
