With blessings of God,

We received PER today
7th May applicant.
DD Charged 16 June

That's much awaited PER I must say

Congratulations dear

ECAS is updated within 15 days of charging. So, you have to wait for that time.

I got my UCI number within my rejected application, but, for some reason, I can't access ECAS.

All info typed in at the login page is correct.

Or, due to been rejected the 1st time, I'm not allowed to access it?

Can any1 enlighten me?

As far as I know, you dont get any updates there unless you've been accepted.
I've been refused twice (overcap last year / missing docs this year), no info there for me as well.
All the info they give you is what's within the refusal letter, which is not very clear anyway.
(Unless you've been accepted this time... Didn't read the full backlog.)

Dear all....

One of my family members have applied for FSW on the 29th April still to date no mails from CIC... She went thro a consultant and he advised her that CIC has made the decision on the 29th of July... Can this information be accepted... Also her DD has expired now... And after chking with the bank it still not charged...Still no docs or application is returned from CIC...

Need some advise on this....

Hello everybody,

Can someone please explain to me what this requirement for my study degrees means? I am asking this because one of those words in the below statements means totally different than what maybe Canadians have a meaning for.

One of the mandatory documents I have to submit is a credential evaluation of my study document and the organization I have chosen to send my document to is World Education Services.
On the site it is writting as follows "Please have all academic documents verified by apostille through the National Centre for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED)." , however in romanian the word "apostille" refers to the certification provided under the Hague Convention of 1961. Canada is not a member of this convention, therefore, what kind of "apostille"/visa is required to prove the authenticity of my degree?

Thanks.

Will they update the number of completed application today?

Good news is that they reduce the duration between charging and PER from around 45 days to around 7 days.

Hi mikeypm I am the 21 May too I feel ur pain bro... This is the longest I had I wait for something I feel like giving up sometimes

1. If DD is yet not been charged, it is bad news.
2. If rejected, I think, CIO already sent the doc to your consultant. They might hide/delay information of receiving rejection.

Hello Forumites.

WES just responded on my CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY

Diploma (three years) and postgraduate certificate (one year)

How many points is this for education.

Simple way to calculate points

12 years education + 3(for diploma ) + 1 ( post grad certi). Total 16 yrs
for 16 yrs edu.. U will get 21

Disclaimer : I am not expert in these calculations , seniors might educate you better on this .

Why she removed it? Was the weight crossing 0.5 KG :P :P :P ?

Hahahahhahha

She said the envelope wasn´t fitting so the courier professional suggested doing this way.

It doesn´t have the NOC Category and Primary NOC code as expected, but it does have "Federal Skilled Worker" as recipient!

Truly hope it is sufficient. Worst of all, I will have to wait a lot of time to find out what will happen.

Fingers crossed!!!
