Hi people.

I mailed my application yesterday with UPS. Expect to be delivered by Friday.

Do they send an AOR by e-mail?

Unfortunately my wife removed all documents from my envelope and put it directly in UPS envelope where there is no NOC code, just "Federal Skilled Worker" as the recipient.

Am I in trouble????

As per current trends.. avg time for DD/ CC charged is varying from 3 to 4 months.. within this time frame probably you will receive news..

What is the average time of CC/DD getting charged, i can see from various examples that CC and DD are charged before, and PER takes a while to be issued. So does that mean that CC/DD are charged in like 1-2months?

Wow Congratulations! Strange ways of CIC working style! 7th May still getting PER that's great news. So, Don't loose hope! Have faith on GOD!

Dont want to give anyone false hope, our case was different, we faced issue related to WES FSWP access by CIC, that was the reason we got PER so late.

After having my package sent back to me, I made all the corrections to the employment letter, had the translation done, printed new forms and sent my application back yesterday, september the 1st, via UPS. It's supposed to arrive friday, september the 5th.

I also included a cover letter explaining the corrections made, sent a copy of the refusal letter sent by CIC with my package.

I just hope I make it into the cap limit, cz I'm pretty sure that my letter is 100% correct now, as long as all the other documents.

Now it's time to sit back and wait, once again.

Looking at the SS and still dont get the idea of checking of the applications...
So many people that have registered but have no answer, I really don`t think that all of them just don`t care about the website.

I was advised to make a call and to send an e-mail because I am an 15.05 applicant, but a very gentle person on the phone told me that nobody can give me the status of my application except by e-mail.

plz name the consultants so that others dont fall into the trap.

try to be as specific as you can and name them.
