In My application i have metioned the "Immigration Office Requested for processing this application" has been mentioned as "India" in IMM0008 . But in some of the post i saw that people are mentioning as NDVO.

Please advise whether that is a problem in my case.

Were you charged on CC? Also, can you please tell when exactly was your deduction made?
Please wait for PR. You have to inform VO for changes in family, address, employment change etc. Mean while be ready with passport of baby.

Hi guys,

I have a scanned copy of one of the employer reference letters. Is it ok to produce color print out of the scanned copy or it mandatory to produce the original hardcopy ?

If I need the hardcopy I need to travel a long distance as the employer is not ready to dispatch the hardcopy.

Kindly suggest.

Regards,
Keerthi.

All work ex currently to be submitted along with your application package are copies and not originals. However you should have the hardcopy of that document with you, if they ask in future during interview. For now you are good to just send them the copies.

Hi Folks,

I've heard that the answer to "intended destination" on the generic application form is just for keeping statistics. Does anyone know otherwise?
I mean, if I've picked someplace, do I have to land there?

And one more question; do dependents have to land at the same time with the PA?

I'd appreciate opinions or experiences.

Thanks...

By the way, I have found the "fsw 2014 spreadsheet" so late. If I had found sooner, it would really help me understand the process. It's good information. Thanks to whoever thought to prepare it.

Hi, Opulentus is a BAD company to go with, here are some of the review comments:

http://www.grahakseva.com/complaints/148992/opulentus-overseas-careers-cheated-me

http://www.consumer-court.in/complaints/opulentus-noida-uttar-pradesh-c9614.html

Y-Axis complains (lots of them):

http://www.grahakseva.com/topic/y-axis-overseas

I have also heard of some positives about Y-axis, so may be it depends from case to case / person to person there. But I still feel there may be better firms to go with, if one needs professional help that is.

I don't have much idea about the third one and didn't look them up. Good that you didn't end up going with these folks. How much did you shell out for the Canadian consultant, if that is okay to share?

I think with the wealth of information available on CIC's website (such as document checklist) and free access to forum like this one (where people would answer silliest of questions happily), one doesn't really need to use an agency to prepare application package.

Welcome to the thread brother Ravel!

1. No u can land anywhere (other than Quebec ) ...So no issue u can choose any one province other than the mentioned one...

2. PA can land first (which is mandatory) ....Others can land later....No issue....:)

All the best...

Hello forum members,

I am a 9th June applicant for NOC 0113 Purchasing Manager. Currently I am working as a Purchase Manager in my company since 2010. I gave my experience certificate to CIC stating that I m currently working in my company. But due to some personal reason I will be resigning and leaving my job by the end of this month sept. So do I have to inform the CIC ppl that I left my current job and send them my relieving letter thru mail. Or is it ok if I don't inform them. Because according to my experience letter which I send them they will think I am still working in my company.

Bro Ashif and Century need your advice on this please......
