Guyz please help...when we submit the application to cic and suppose if its incomplete or ineligible....when will cic let us know...i mean in how much time

If u have applied before 15th-20th June... Post one email to cic for status enquiry of ur file (by the time u will get ur reply , they would have scanned apps ard 15-20th June)

Question?

If someone has 10 years of work experience for 2 different employers then do you have to submit the experience letter for all the 10 years or 1 can be skipped since CIC only need 1 year of NOC experience?

There are 2 things

1: basic requirement of 1yr work ex related to your primary noc
2: work ex to get points (maximum 6years in ur case )

Now u have to decide what do u want .
Number of employers r not important ( to get points cic need work exp related to any noc with substantial proof- that goes without saying infact)

All the best dear

So it seems you understand everything, but just ask questions to check everyone's knowledge, right? ::)

To see if ashif knows stuff or not, and whether Century / Shah / Oscar / Future and all others know their sh1t or not....I get it mate!!! :P

No bro I really want that answer from the experts to fill the form , it really helps ..

About new FSWP forms published in August including document checklist

Dear all
i have recently send my application package to cic and it has been posted according to the postal on 22 august..just now i realized i there are some new forms which has been updated on august. they are:
1. schedule 3
2. document checklist
3. pay your fees form

now all these 3 i have sent the older forms...but i have checked the changes of the forms. here are the changes:
1. schedule 3 : on point 12: work experience: they have added 6 years or experience tabs...but all my experience are between 1-2 years each. so will it affect me?
2. document checklist: i could not locate any new changes except the change month: will it affect me?
3. pay your fees form: the children section got change as now 19 years or under can be considered as dependent: i do not have any children:

so all these changes does not affect me...so will my application still be returned because i used old forms?
all other forms are updated forms including imm 0008 main form which was updated on june 2014

please suggest

Hi all,

Help needed to assess points for education:

I am a CMA (cost and management accountant) and my noc is 0111 financial managers. I applied to WES for assessment of my CMA degree which is done after bachelors; I did not send them my bachelor's dox. They sent me the following evaluation:

CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMERY
2 years of professional study

I contacted them and told them that I think it is unfair as in my country it is equal to masters, they told me to send my bachelors dox and I ve sent them now but my ECAS still shows dox awaited.

Now I have this evaluation report with me my question is

Do I wait for my re-evaluation to arrive or send my application with the old report. If I do then what would my points ?

Education Maximum 25 points
University degree at the Doctoral (PhD) level or equalNote de bas de page1
25 points
University degree at the Master's level or equalNote de bas de page1 OR University level entry-to-practice professional degree (or equalNote de bas de page1). Occupation related to the degree must be:
• NOC 2011 Skill Level A, and
• licensed by a provincial regulatory body.
Note: Degree program must be in one of these fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Podiatry, Optometry, Law, Chiropractic Medicine, or Pharmacy. 23 points
Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas or equalNote de bas de page1 (at least one must be for a program of at least three years) 22 points
Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a program of three years or longer, or equalNote de bas de page1
21 points
Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a two-year program, or equalNote de bas de page1
19 points
Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a one-year program, or equalNote de bas de page1
15 points
Canadian high school diploma, or equalNote de bas de page1
5 points

I am so confused plz help me.

Can you please advice what was the outcome of your re-evaluation by WES. As I also have similar situation. I have done 3 yrs Bachelor of Computer Science and WES has evaluated as Canadian equivalence to 3 yrs undergraduate study.

Hi Guys,

I am new at this process and i had a couple of questions when it comes to the forms-

1- In the IM5569E ( background ) its asking for personal history - in which how do i represent current job ? what end date do i put ? example- 2013-01 to present date ?
2- same issue in the IM008 schedule 3 form - its asking for current occupation ... what end date do i have to put in or can i write present ?

Please let me know thanks,

FK

The following tables will help you understand the status of your application.
