why do you want to withdraw your application?

You can e-mail them and ask to withdraw it.

Due to some personal reasons I do not want to go for it anymore.
I emailed them on "cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca", but no reply yet. And already applications till 20th May have been processed. I believe I dont have much time to stop them to charge my DD.

I'm applying for 2172 occupation and i have my entire 7+ exp in the same occupation but in 3 different companies. So shud i fill only one box with my total exp or need to mention exp with 3 companies separately. Pls suggest.

You can always cancel the DD through your bank.

Is there any way I can withdraw my application? My application received by CIC on 22nd May and I think they still didn't picked it up. I email them, but no answer from them yet.
I don't want to get my DD charged, in case they find my application fine.
If anyone have any number or suggestion that how can I withdraw it, please help.

Over Phone:

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 1 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

I got in touch with bank. But, they said that they want original draft. Or, I need to file an FIR, then it can be cancelled.

I applied FSW and sent my document through DHL on 25 Aug and DHL tracker shown that my docmuent delivered on 29 Aug but did not shown any receiver name. Is this happened previously. Please suggest me.

It is normal, you unfortunately happened to take the worst courier for CIC delivery amongst the top three. But your documents have reached alright, so do not worry.

Worst among top three.. sounds interesting.. which is the best one ?? it must be FedEx I suppose...

There are instances that the name of the receiver is not mentioned. But rest assured it was received.

Dear seniors,


1. My employer gave the duties letter with just my sirst & surname but my middle name is missing(my passort has first middle and surname).Please suggest if that is okay or do i need to produce any affidavit where i will put my complete name and also first & surname and say that all these are my names.
If so, please give me a sample doc for the same.
2. Employer just mentioned the duties without salary details.Do i need to produce a letter stating my salary and any other details? If so, kindly send me a reference sample for the same.
3. While filling the experience: if my experience is 8 monthe shud i mark 1 year? and if my exp is 1.4 yrs shud i mark 1 yr or 2-3 yrs?

Please suggest.
