Take your last year's rejected application to BC's office and tell them that CIC won't honour if TRF is sent separately from application.

i told them why i need it, and offered all the needed documents, but that is not of their concern.. only thing they have offered is that i give them the rest of my application and they put it together and send to CIC with a huge fee! i'm not willing to do that!

Hi All,

How will i know about my application status.
if the same is transferred to local visa office

As the status on CIC website remains in process.

Hi All,

I received my passport today with immigration visa stamped. I will be landing in Vancouver this Saturday.

Thanks to each and everyone who helped me with their kind advice. May God bless you all.

Best wishes!! :)

Hi gs123,

Congrats for getting the candadian PR. Since you've already received ur passport with visa, can you tell me for how long is the visa for? What's the duration of visa length (3 months/6months)? This way, I can plan when to send them my passport as I've already received passport request as well.

Thanks.

Please advise seniors

I have applied for Quebec immigration last year in November 2013
I have also applied to FSW 2014 this year and my CC has been charged on August 27 2014

I am a bit concerned that FSW 2014 application should not get rejected if a back ground check is done and the
CIC finds out that i have applied for Quebec as well as FSW. so i need some advise from the seniors how to get out of this
suituation.

FSW will offcourse be faster than quebec, qubec immigration will take more 18 months. i would like to continue with FSW 2014
application. So what shld i do ?

Dear All,,

Thanks for everyone's support and motivation. I have finally decided to give it a go, hopefully the category 2141 (Civil Engineer) will hold up by the time I apply. I have ECA already done for both my masters and bachelors degree, Ielts booked for 6th September, documents and forms downloaded from CIC website and most probably shall apply by 25th sept inshallah. Guys any suggestions on taking help of any immigration consultants or its manageable to apply on own.

Thanks and Best regards.

@ Ashif_eee

Partially yes, but i m mainly looking for the extended version

Actually i want to understand at which stage the second line is added............ is it when VO enter file in their system (sort of AOR.... as i don't think LVO gonna send it this time) or when they start "processing" the file or upon completion of initial review and verification.

The reason why i am asking this is that as per ur description, where "Interview is Waived" shows before (addition of 2nd line).

Brother,

I edited the post earlier ,can u please check again....:)

2141?

This is not on list of accepted apps!!

you are talking about 2131!! :P

this is how agents normally behave!! these mistakes are expected out from them, you need to be more careful as they are not bothered but your future depends on this!! :)

Yes 2131 shall hold up till then, & believe me you'll be better off without an agent!! This forum is all you could have wished for!! good luck!!

Just google Edmonton. You will find it is in the province of Alberta even without any further click. ;) ;)
