Seniors,

Need a piece of advice:

I'm re-applying under the 2171 NOC (Information systems analysts and consultants), my present designation is 'Project Leader'.
During the period of 2007-2010, I was designated as 'Sr. Software Developer & Architect', and my job duties matches with the 2171 NOC under this period/designation.

Now what should I write under Occupation on the point number 12a of IMM0008_3e (Schedule 3) form?
1. Project Leader
2. Sr. Software Developer & Architect
3. Information systems analysts and consultant

or something else?

Thanks.

How much time does Local Visa Office give us to arrange the PCCs (if not sent along with the application) ?

Shall I wait till my DD is encashed so as to ensure that my PCC is not older than 3 months....or, i should start now ?

getting PCC will take arnd 2-4 weeks.

Snehal,

I have seen that majority of applicant who opt for DD. and received PER. Generally there is a gap of one week between the encashment date provided by bank and the encashment date mentioned in PER mail.

I am in the same boat. mine is 15th may. day before y. day my bank told its not encashed yet.

so dont worry. I hope in next week both of us will hear good news.

did you like it? :D :D :D :D :D if not sorry la....

The Sooner the better!!!

You can expect your PER in about a months time and AOR in the next two months and PCC is valid for 6 Months. It also depends how quickly you can obtain the PCC.

My opinion take an appointment and start the process.!!!

Dear Senior members,

I came to know about this program lately and started gathering required documents for my application. Hopefully, I would be able to submit my application by end of September. Right now, I can see that number of applications received by CIC are at 188 for NOC code 2173. But, one of my friends informed me that there could have been more that are received by CIC but not reflected in the site as there would be a delay in processing the applications.

Is it too late for me to submit application for NOC category 2173? What would you suggest?

Again, before launching Express Entry this would be my last chance to apply for this program which is a point based system and I am clearly getting 71 out of 100 with out a job offer.

Your opinions are much appreciated.

Imran.

Thanks for your answer.
But, do u know how much time does local VO actually give ???

Do we get an email saying your file is transferred to local VO? Also has anyone predicted the total processing time for the indian files for this year?
