"If you have a mailing address in Canada: To allow you to track your passports through the mail, we strongly recommend that you purchase two (2) PREPAID Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes (National), letter-sized (318 x 241 mm), at any Canada Post retail outlet. CPC-Ottawa accepts no responsibility for any passport lost in the mail.

- Complete the mailing label on one envelope showing your mailing address in the “Deliver To” field.
- Keep a tracking number sticker from each envelope.
- Fold and enclose the self-addressed envelope in the other envelope along with your passport(s) and a copy of this request letter.

If you have a mailing address in the United States: To allow you to track your passports through the mail, we strongly recommend that you purchase a pre-paid shipping label from Canada Post and include it with your passports and a copy of this letter. Follow the link to purchase your shipping label:
http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/tools/cst/intro-e.asp
If you do not submit a return prepaid Xpresspost envelope or a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label, or if you provide an envelope from any other courier, we will return your passport by regular mail. "

This is what CPC email mentioned in their PPR email. Xpresspost label was required to be printed from canadapost website. Costs approx CAD 35.
In From field, I mentioned CPC Ottawa #365 Laurier Ave W address. On receiving, I found a label pasted over this address with their #219 address.

My application reached on 22nd May. Any idea if CIC has started processing applicatioms from 20th May onwards?
I am moving to London for masters next month :D, so wanted to get a clear picture of the situation, but they're moving too slow :-\

I did not have BC either and i submitted 10th Class Certificate which has my DOB and name of parents.
In addition i submitted an affidavit (Notorized) one from my side and another from My Mother with reason for not having BC

There are other cases like me and they have got PER.

My consultant (Abhinav) again confirmed now that birth certificate is 100% mandatory. I have no choice but to go with his advice (having paid for that) and the fact that I have not sent my application yet.

Hi everyone,
I'm back! :)
Sorry it took so long to fix the statistics update issue - I was very busy with something really important for me (can't tell more on a public forum).

So, the issue is fixed - statistics/charts update is optimized now and will be able to handle the current and future amounts of entries in the spreadsheet properly. Updates are done each 4 hours.
Enjoy! :)

Thanks for your continued work on the SS. +1
