a friend of mine returned documents because there is no date on the letter from the employer and the fact that I have I am very worried about my back and not my documents.
I sent contracts and job history.
of a letter dated the beginning and end of another letter dated launched, but as currently still working here wrote to me and end date and no date of issue - for example 07.2014
there likely will not recognize my internship that no date of issue of the letter?
Nowhere in the instructions does not say that you have a date of issue of the letter itself.
please if there is a similar case to write

Guys any advice on this?

Guys has anyone used ICAS for ECA in recent times? My documents status was updated to "received" on 27th August. News on their website says processing times are around 10 weeks these days. Could anyone tell me about the actual time it takes if all documents are in order? I'm scared I may miss the cap if it takes 10 weeks. I'm hoping to claim points for my uncle being there. The proofs I have are as follows:

Copies of Passports of my father and my uncle showing same father name
Translations of National Identity cards showing same father name
Uncle's PR Card
Uncle's credit card invoices
Uncle's utility bills

What I don't have are the birth certificates of my father and my uncle since they are usually discarded after NICs and Passports are made. Do you think these things should be enough if i submit them with a note to CIC about why the BCs are missing. Your advice is appreciated

I have crosschecked with the docs that i had scanned and kept with me and on all forms/docs the first name was correct.

Could you please let me know how to get this rectified?
will it make a difference in later stages also?

Today's small episode which may be of help to some forum members
I Had made a Demand Draft of XYZ $ From Andhra Bank , Model Town branch, Ludhiana, India
( on 3rd March 2014 ) for purchasing a property in auction in USA, I won the auction, the DD was deposited in USA
but due to some clearance issues relating to the property itself it was not encased till date.
Sensing a DD validity issue, I approached my bank today and they told me that the DD is valid for Six months
and it's validity will expire on 2nd Sep 2014 BUT to my amazement the chief manager gave me a performa for
extension of validity of DD for another three months, I have filled up the same and submitted it in my branch.

All forum members, who are facing anxiety over the expiry of validity of DD, Please contact your banks and ask about the same.

Note:- For FSW I had sent a certified cheque from Royal bank Of Canada, Certified cheque does not have a stale date

Provide as much data as possible in place of BC. You have to establish relationship. Add some picture that will have both your father and uncle. If 10th class certificate of your uncle got his father name, add this. Add a family tree. Also you can request your uncle to provide an affidavit where he will mention his father's name, his brother's name as well as his nephew's name.

Guys any advice on this?
