Got your point. Actually that is possible with the complicated way in which CIC works. Just sharing an example - Century and I are both same date applicants for the same NOC code and our fee charge is also on the same date. In fact my ECAS update was about 5 days ahead of his (post fee charge). But he got PER 12 days earlier than me. So point is, difficult to comprehend the timelines as it is certainly not in a '100% pure' sequential way. Don't worry - some of the NDVO guys should receive the VO request by end of week is my take.

cicnews.com is NOT an official Canadian government website! Always go with Ministerial Instructions...

Hell Gesch and thakyou for your replies. I sent CIC NEWS a question about this but I totally agree with you. However they run this forum and their famous attorney was cited in the article, anyways.

Now what intrigues me (and bothers me, kind of) is the question answered on CICs official website.

"Will skilled immigrants be considered under both the current admissions system and Express Entry in 2015?

No. Each application is assessed according to the eligibility requirements and caps in place at the time CIC receives it. In order to be considered for Express Entry, people will have to apply separately (starting in January 2015) using a new electronic application management system. "

www . cic. gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=869&t=6

Does that mean that an application sent will only be considered for one of them not both. Or that applicants wont be able to be considered for both starting in 2015 meaning that FSWP will be inactive leaving they way for EE which is the only mentioned program in the article.

Perhaps its just me but if I were able to apply next year before April it would be a huge help, tremendous actually.
I am going for NOC 3132 Dietitians and Nutritionists.

That means Dietitians or Nutritionists right? I dont have to be both right? Though they are awfully similar it would mean I would have to show detailed job experience from both ocupations. I think I am just getting confused by myself all over I dont know why. Ive lived in various countries... that means a hell of police reports to start with.. Thank you for your responses in any case.
