My job responsibilities under 2174, application reached 15 August, will i in cap ?

Lets hope you are in the cap. I'll pray for you. Currently 2174 is the red hot favourite and hence at this rate may fill up for June entries, but if the trickle has reduced after May, then you still have an outside chance. So keep your fingers crossed.

I think You can add as accumulative as long as its one NOC and the experience is from One Employer.

Relax. It shouldn't be an issue. It isn't mentioned anywhere that coloured photocopies are not allowed.

Actually I was not sure of the expiry so checked up with my bank... They say that my DD has already been encashed. But I have heard nothing from CIC about it. Please guide me for the same...

Right now May 15 applications are being charged... your are a 26 June applicant right!!? That's pretty early for your DD to be already charged!!

Seniors can probably contemplate on this!!

1.My masters diploma was translated in english by the school where I finished my masters, school did not make affidavit.is this suffice without affidavit? Since school is the best expert to translate diploma.

2.My husband birthcerti gender is female, we submittes for annotationbutnot yet finished it would take another 2months. I have copy of paper I submiited and letter feom govt that they are processing it.

3.Do you think cic will accept my appli with those 1and 2? Do I have to make affidavit or just make cover and explain both.

Please help as I want to submit already.

second job 10 months
third 6 month
fourth 3 month

Same noc but different comapnies. How can I mention this and how to fill form

U will be awarded for 4-5 yrs exp point that is 13 point...Offcourese CIC is that much ass that they will miscalculate the points just due to form modification!!

1. Yes it should be accepted....

2. U can do below which is acceptable:

Alternatives to birth certificate are as follows which is accepted by CIC:

We do accept Secondary school records that contain the following :

Applicant's Name
Date of Birth
Name of Parent/Parents

If you are not able to provide a Birth certificate with all 3 criteria, we require an affidavit stating all of this information or that a Birth certificate cannot be attained.

So 10th standard school certificate or an affidavit containing applicants name, date of birth and Parent/Parents name should be fine in lieu of a birth certificate. Also you must give reason in a cover letter why you were not able to provide birth certificate and that you are providing 10th standard school certificate / affidavit in lieu of birth certificate.



So u can follow the above (make an affidavit with the mentioend info) and avoid the BC to avoid delay....This is completely acceptable to CIC...

My Job responsibilities match 2173 as well but getting a letter from my previous organization is one heck of a job, i am not sure if i will be able to get it ?

Try getting ref letter in affidavit format from your bosses in earlier org in that case along with their visiting card, backed by joining letter, relieving letter, pay stubs, certificates earned, etc. this should be ok.
