In Additional family information form IMM 5406 it has a pre printed relationship status so if my spouse is filling this form then he should write his name in spouse column and leave applicant column as blank since he is not accoumpying ? Is this correct or he should also write my name in applicant column? Second question in brother and sister column should I mention the name of my brother and sister in law as we'll ?

Buddy,

For the Additional Family info form u and ur spouse both required to fill this form...So it need to be filled for two times....

For the first case ur name will be on the "Applicant name" filed and for the second case ur spouse name will be on that form (u will be on spouse field) ...

So sister-in-laws will not be required in this case...Each of the form will describe his/ur sister's information....:)

Guys there is new version of schdule 3 and it has one changing. The experience column in q 12-b now does not mention experience below 1 year...so now what to do with experience of 6 months?? Should i write in 1 year column? Or combine that experience with other experience in the same NOC?? Confused !!

Use paperclip to attach a group of document and then use sticky tabs to make it easier for officer to recognize that document.

See my previous posts on this same topic..Yes, tick the first box for your 6-month experience.

Don't be stressed about old version vs new version in this case!

They aligned the form with the eligibility chart...No box to tick not only if you have less than 1 year of experience but also if you have more than 3 but less than 4 years of experience or more than 5 but less than 6 years of experience!.. My gut feel is that the form was revised to make it easier for 'grading' and does not materially change how the number of points are calculated based on number of years of experience. All the other revised forms in August are to reflect the change in law for the age of dependents going down from 21 to 19. Again, no new information requested. So, I wouldn't worry if you used old versions of these forms (assuming you have no dependents between the ages of 19 and 21 of course!) and sent your application in August. Just make sure you use the new forms going forward....

If the description and list of main duties match what you did at your last job(s), you can count this experience for points.
Use this chart to find the number of points based on your number of years of experience.

Experience Maximum 15 points
1 year 9
2-3 years 11
4-5 years 13
6 or more years 15
