Even though 1122 is not on the list this year one STILL gets points for any NOC that falls under skill level 0, A or B if one has experience on one of the 50 NOCs for at least a year (as the latter becomes their prime NOC). Please read my previous post VERY clearly. In my application I have 1122 jobs with proper reference letters as well...and I got PER

Oscar,

This thing has been said too many times on this forum, and after learning from you guys, I myself have answered queries related to this in the same fashion. But I have always wondered where on the CIC website this fact is mentioned. If you (or any other fellow forum member) have a link or reference, please share. I am aware of this though http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-experience.asp

+1 for your sustaining help and engaging presence on the forum.

Regards

Did you mean 15 May instead of August?

Ooops .. my bad... its 15th May.. not 15th Aug.... But you can expect such things in my euphoria. :P:P

Guys can anyone pls share the link to update SS....

It is tricky. Write...

Given Name: Not Applicable
Family/Surname: Your Full Name

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=014&
If you do not have a surname on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field, write “not applicable” or “N/A” in the given name field.

Hi Seniors,

I need your help for filling Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008).

I dont have family name in my passport, hence it does not allow me to validate the form.

Can I enter NA in place of family name?

Experts,

one question, at what stage they do employment verification. i have one employer in india which is a big IT firm and second employer is in USA.

I have received my PER on 12th aug, waiting for further processing.

Thanks,

U r using from ur last year application... Rite?
Reason u r getting the response "we r unable to find ur record" could be.... They have not yet started to process ur file ... This year.

:)
Please advise as I m 1 2 may applicant and most of the people received products of same date , however I also asked query to CIC which he replied me on 22 July 2014 that ur file is In initial waiting and u received a mail in due course

True. That's exactly what US embassy wants you to do for VISA forms etc. People who don't have surnames on the passport shall write

First/Given Name : FNU (meaning first name unidentified)
Last/Family/Surname : [Your name as in passport]

The reason being that they need to have at least a Surname for everybody, for the purpose of search and identification.

Hi Mate... i jus had the same situation ... and here is wat i did : Had Put eveything in Family Name and kept Given Name blank.
Attached an additional sheet explaining y i did so, as on entering NA in Given name i will generate the form header with Name like "XXXXXX, N" as it will take first letter of NA from Given name field.

And i jus got my CC charged today :P:P

Cheers

Hello Dear Members of this great forum !!

Logged in after a long time to inform that CC has been charged today at 19:58 IST :). Application was received on 15-May under NOC 1112.

In fact I am more nervous now after reading some recent mails that there are possibilities of NER too even after the payment charge. Anyways, God has brought this day and He is the best one to decide. Hope to receive the PER soon. Trying to update the SS.

Regards

If I change any info in my generic form after the validation and again validate will it give new codes or
I need to make a new form after clearing
