Hi Everyone,

I want to clear one doubt here. As I explained in my earlier posts that I'll send my second application under 2281 by coming Monday, now my consultant told me to wait for 2-3 days more to get by the status of my first application DD whether that is cleared or not. My first application under 2171 Noc reached there on 23rd June. According to me it will take 1 or 2 more months for clearance. He said wait for the first one and May be I'll get PER from my first application. He explained me the different process of FSW program. He said these days " THEY DO THE COMPLETENESS CHECK AND REVIEW YOUR WHOLE APPLICATION AT SAME TIME AND THEN THEY TAKE PAYMENTS". Is it true guys ?

According to me they do completeness check then take payments then review the whole application. Am I right or that Consultant is right? Is he misguiding me ??

Plz reply me, need your suggestions on this.....

And another thing is, currently 14th May applicants are getting PER and 15th May's are getting CC charged....

So ur turn will take more times...on mid Nov (as per current trend..)...

So consider this situations and then take decision....No need to depend on the consultants....

Thanks for PCC answer. Do you know after you one get Positive Eligibility Review PER email, how much time can someone expect for CIC to ask for police clearance certificate. Any guess?

The PCC normally comes with the MR request but the timing depends on your VO, so could be a month or two weeks after your PER or longer

Plus if you are not sure when to use 'there' and when 'their' the business deal can't move forward mate!!! ;D In my line of business there are different kinds of services so feel free to let me know when you need any of that! Plus there is NO unsatisfied clients at all - if the client is still there he was probably satisfied LOL

I sent my file to CIO last week on 13th of august under 0911 & received by CIO on 18.08.2014.


Congrats to all who received their PR, MR etc.
Best of luck for all who are waiting.

Feeling really tensed now..... 1st attempt to charge the CC went unsuccessful on 20th august.... till now no signs of 2nd attempt... :'( :'( :'(
Dunno wat to do....

Don't be worried. 2nd charge will likely come in a week (maybe 27th) as m77 had a similar issue on the 6th August (CC Declined) and was finally charged on the 13th.
