I suppose you mean 'letters of reference/work contracts' by 'work experience letter/appointment letters'? Looks like you included all the documents. Just make sure the points add up, docs are signed and dated, and work experience section is as solid as possible. Are you using the revised Schedule 3 on 20 August? Which NOC?

NOC 2171. revised Schedule 3 is used. letters of reference are ok.

hi everybody,

just wish to clear one point........everybody is writing about checking ' ECAS".....but before getting the PER ( file number) how can one check his/her ECAS..........................pls. explain.....

we will receive our file no. when we will get the PER ......... right ?????

u r right UCI and file no. come along with PER. but there r lots of applicants who applied last year but couldn't make it because of Cap reached or any other reason of rejection n got their UCI no. with previous returned file.
UCI remains same.
thats how they r able to check their ecas.
i hope u get this point

I got PER on 18/08/2014 - NOC 2133 - Received on 09/05/2014 although I did the following minor mistakes:

1- I forgot to write the date on the background of my personal 6 photos

2- I didn't mention any duties on application schedule 3... just mentioned : Electronics Engineer.. My duties mentioned on Reference letter

3 I didn't submit transcript of degrees .. only copy of certificate with WES report

4-I submitted original translation copies attached with marriage certificate winch are made by private translation office not notary

5- I used CC payment method... even though, I couldn't increase the credit limit of visa card, I used it by deposit cash money and hence, I used it as a negative account

6- Finally , I am so grateful to this board. I think citizens of Indian countries ( India - Pakistan & Bangladesh ) are co-operative enough to help others. Also I couldn't forgot Kollen, Dmitrych and romar for their efforts to this board active

am ready to send the package in 1-2 days. but the updated schedule 3 form is now available to download. i have already printed, signed all the documents on 12th august.

what should i do. send the package as it is or should i download the new form and fill it again and write the current date.

won't it be a mismatch?

any ideas / suggestions ??

Reason u r getting the response "we r unable to find ur record" could be.... They have not yet started to process ur file ... This year.

Whenever entering the UCI. give in the format of XXXX-XXXX. The only it will work

I am a silent observer in this forum and I came to know about this forum after I applied for FSW 2014. However, this forum helped me a lot by providing the information regarding CIC processing. NOC Code: 2174
PER Received: August 15
App Received: May 09
Fee Encashed: July 16 (DD)
Visa office: Singapore
ECAS Status: In Process
