I had already carefully checked to make sure they were the latest versions before I sent them out, so it is really unexpected and unlucky that they just changed it right after I sent ??? ....I wish CIC will give an excuse for the August applicants for the new versions updated in August.....

When schedule 3 form is change 20 August?

No Bro, i m not the first one to report that. Already some of our 15th members reported CC charging yesterday. Check the SS.
Thats what is adding to my worries

Ohhh..actually i was out of town yesterday... So i wasn't aware about 15 may cc charge...
I dnt think you have to worry about your payment charge...

Can you please guide me on below query.
Currently I am on assignment in Jakarta Indonesia and will be in jakarta till feb-2015.
My Visa office : New Delhi,India & my spouse & kid are in India
Once we get the request for MR , by what time we should be submitting the medical reports , I belive 60 days
Also at the latter stage when the pass port is requested by NDVO , by what time we should be submitting the Passport, I belive 30 days .

Since my spouse and kid are in Hyd,India , can they do the MR from India and Can I do MR at Jakarta. Yes, your family can take their medicals in Hyderabad and you can do it in Jakarta , no problem at all.

Also, for the second part on Passport request , Is ther any means that I can send my Passport back to India for PR stamping or is ther any way out here.
Once we submit the Pass port to NDVO , How much time they usually take for PR stamping.. I don't know, how you are going to manage it, you cannot send your passport by post to India, because it illegal to send passport by post in India. Best option would be any of your family members carry passport for you and return to you in Jakarta Or you can request NDVO to print Visa in Jakarta for you (it is also possible). NDVO normally takes minimum 30 days to return passport.

Please advice and guide me on this.

Do you mean Schedule 3 form is changed on 20 August?? I am sure it is changed some days after 18 Aug.

Yes, download the form and take it properties it says:

when I take the properties of form it says:

Yes ofcourse you fill the available form which is May 2013, how can you fill a future change form which is not available on website?

Can i get this format on simple white paper or affidavit of what value? or company letter head?
i cant get it on letter head bcuz company wont allow that...so pls suggest

Could you pls tell me how you can check the creation date of this new version on CIC website. I downloaded it but it shows current date and time...
