Dear all I am a new member and I sent my parcel to CIC on Wednesday.

After checking the application a dozen times, I realized I made some really bad mistakes in my application package. Would appreciate any advice.

1. For the Background Declaration form I wrote my English name in the column which requires our name in native language and I did not write my native names in the Additional Family Info form. You see, we don't use our names in native language anymore, and my country's official language is English (I'm from Singapore), any problems with this?

2. For background declaration forms under status @ Personal History column I wrote Not Applicable. From what I understood in this statement 'If you were outside your country of nationality, indicate your status in the country.' I thought it is only applicable if you left country at this time. Also, I did not include any travels for this column as they are already included in My Travels Form. I though it will be rather complicating to include the whole chunks of my traveling details. Does it matter?

3. Barcode Page went right on top, before my document checklist. Does it matter?

I called DHL to send the parcel back to me, parcel is already in the USA, hopefully I will be able to get it back. Otherwise, can I resubmit documents through CSE?

Just found out tha t Schedule 3 form has changed????When did CIC update the schedule 3 form??? The version I used from the website 4 days ago was still the old one!!? And I have sent out my application already.........Is it a problem.?????? Will CIC reject my application because of this.. very worrying.......

Hi Seniors, I am a 15th may applicant. One of my friend on same date (not in SS) got his CC charged yesterday.
Both of us have same time stamp and same NOC and appl recieved by Miller for both.

But still no activity on my CC. Getting worried now Is everything alryt or i need to do something?

Checked with bank , no transaction was tried/rejected untill yesterday. I also did a dummy transaction to confirm CC is active.

Can anyone suggest what should i do? Any contact no. of CIO where i can confirm if my appl is still there and not rejected?

Oh no.....checklist, economic form and payment form were updated in the early August, so I already used the latest version of these 3 forms. But the version of Schedule 3 I used was dowloaded from CIC website just on 18 Aug, it was still the old version, and I sent it out on 19 Aug, so I am sure the new version must be there after 18 Aug, is it still a problem???????My application will reach CIO today, it is really not fair if CIC reject me because they updated the form right after I sent!!!!!!!!!!!So unfair!!! very worrying!!!!!!!!

I don't think that's a problem so don't worry. Seniors please correct me if I'm wrong.

No Bro, i m not the first one to report that. Already some of our 15th members reported CC charging yesterday. Check the SS.
Thats what is adding to my worries

Yes I did include the forms, only that for status, I put Not applicable instead of citizen. Parcel has reached the USA, DHL say may not be able to get it back. Haiz and now they change to new schedule 3 forms, I feel like saying bye bye to Canada now..

Can you please guide me on below query.
Currently I am on assignment in Jakarta Indonesia and will be in jakarta till feb-2015.
My Visa office : New Delhi,India & my spouse & kid are in India
Once we get the request for MR , by what time we should be submitting the medical reports , I belive 60 days
Also at the latter stage when the pass port is requested by NDVO , by what time we should be submitting the Passport, I belive 30 days .

Since my spouse and kid are in Hyd,India , can they do the MR from India and Can I do MR at Jakarta.

Also, for the second part on Passport request , Is ther any means that I can send my Passport back to India for PR stamping or is ther any way out here.
Once we submit the Pass port to NDVO , How much time they usually take for PR stamping..

Please advice and guide me on this.

I had already carefully checked to make sure they were the latest versions before I sent them out, so it is really unexpected and unlucky that they just changed it right after I sent ??? ....I wish CIC will give an excuse for the August applicants for the new versions updated in August.....
