Hello Experts,
can you please tell me how often are we asked to present the Tax return/ Form16 forms if called for an interview.

Other question is:

= original ECA and IELTS result sheet is required with the fsw app, for someone that is submitting more than one application for different NOC's will it be ok submitting the copies (of ECA and IELTS ) giving the explanation that they have already been submitted along with a previous application (or NOC).

Congrats.

After your application has received a PER, it is transferred to the relevant visa office. Further evaluation and an additional eligibility review is done at this stage.
CIC will update your ECAS once it has been received at the Visa Office . You will see this in ECAS as "Received by visa office".

You may opt for a PCC in advance.I can say chances are very strong after receiving PR but it depends upon other factors too.

I lived in HK for close to 9 months in 2007, so do I require PCC from HK also or wait for the VO to request.

Anywhere that you have lived for more than 6 months you must provide PCC

No brother, you don't need for Canada.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp
These documents (PCC) are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.

I think, you don't have to submit a PCC for Canada. See here:
