Thank you for you suggestion. I have called CIC and thy specifically asked me to submit to FBI and not to go through channelers. Anyways I'm done with this mess! I hope you are not misleading our fellow mates with your statement. After all, who want to wait for a month to get the report when it can be done in 2-3 days.

CIC instructed you to not use an [FBI approved] fingerprinting service located in the USA? That makes total sense.....And it took you 2-3 days to obtain an FBI clearance certificate? I think I know what is going on here. Have you stopped taking your prescription meds.. Just kidding. Sorry, that last bit was probably borderline mean. I take it back. Good luck with the PR process, buddy!

Q: i was in canada from 2002-2004 (nov). Presently since than i am in india and have applied for FSW this year.
Do i need a PPC from Canada or just from native India.
