Not require. Read personal history section (point 8 ). It clearly say to write employment history. In case you are not working, then you can write this as study.

Please HELP here !!

Do we need to mention CORRESPONDENCE STUDIES details in personal history section of Background Declaration form? As I was already working full time in that time period.

I have already mentioned this correspondence education in my education history in the previous question.

I got this question as yesterday I show one of our forum member who got MR from NDVO and he was allowed 45 days

to submit balance documents.

It normally has a full year of validity BUT should not have been issued more than 3 months before your application received date.

As my frnd is having exp. of primary school, she did bsc (non-medical) along with B.ed... Is she elligble under thus categ. As all her responsibilities match to above said catg..

There wont be any address printed on PCC letter .. So it doesnt matter which address you have put for PCC application.. below is the information printed on my PCC.. this may be helpful for many in the forum to answer their questions

Hello friends

I just returned to the forum after a small break n noticed a delhi friend has already been granted visa. Well ... In my opinion this a fake account. If u notice , the medical revd date and prpf request dates are different whereas they are sent in the same mail as per the medical request mail v saw on this forum.

As happy as v r for all r friends who r acheiving one mile stone after the other but to create fake accts and misguide people is uncool . this kind of humor seems rather imbecilic.

Hi Seniors,

Today my application was returned. Weird reason that i got.

Category: 2171

All paperwork is correct but:

1. A review of your application indicates you do not meet the requirements of regulation 10 of IRPA.
2. You did not provide us with an original educational credential assessment ECA report.

Do i need to fill all the application/forms again or the one that they returned i can use them and attach the new documents that i missed.

Also, two queries that i got, how should i handle those.

PLEASE PLEASE help.
any suggestions from the expert.


ALSO IF SOMEONE COULD SEND ME THE DUTIES AND FORMAT OF EXPERIENCE LETTER THAT I SHOULD SEND FOR CATEGORY 2171.

you must include 70-80% of job responsibilities in your reference letter on company letter head

Hello I am a 30th may application my application is returned on 1st of august because of no evidence of phd and no evidence of arranged employment , but i haven't applied in these two categories . My points were completed simply as Ilets 18, age 12, education 21, spouse 5 , blood relation 5 , experience 9 . I dont know why did they gave this reason . I got all this information on call. Please help me where the mistake was.

Brother, yes, they will probably ask questions - not only by CIO but also by VO. This is why I suggested to add cover letter. As long you are honest, it will be fine.

And you can send application in multiple NOC. For your case, though the responsibilities are same, still it will be regarded as application in multiple NOC. And you are adding cover letter for explanation.

Yes, I do perform all the new duties. Do you think CIC my question why I have added new duties this time ?

My first file under 2171 code reached there on 23rd June, 2014 so no decision made on that file and it will probably take 2 more months to hear regarding that. And it will be too late if I wait for their reply on my first application, that's why I want to send second application without waiting for any response.

Is it fine to send second application with different NOC without waiting for PER/NER reply ?
Plz suggest.....
