My cousins file is ready to b dispatched. He is facing one problem. The company he is working now he has mentioned in his file. Now he is resigning from the said company. He is working in this company for last 4 months. As his file is ready to be dispatched. Should he mention his resignation from this or shd he dispatch his file as it is and update the changes wen his file is transferred to local visa office.

Sorry asking once again, Does that mean I have met the criteria (total points, qualification & experience required for the position, funds etc.) and how much time it takes for the next step.

Dears, someone suggests me to raise the question here
Hi, I'm a 4011 applicant. I prepared my reference letter based on NOC 4011 main duties because it exactly describes my routine jobs. I picked 6 main duties from NOC and did little revision, got the reference letter signed by my supervisor.

I had work certification which only states position and working period issue by HR department accompanying my work contract and tax certificate.

My question is, will it be returned due to my reference letter? Please help!

It seems everything is fine.......Then why u are worrying for the ref. letter..?

Seniors - Required your attention once again

I am a mechanical engineer, in the past i worked as a quality control engineer in a small scale company.

Job duties are: checking the physical parts with reference to the drawing by using measuring instruments and prepare a document. Maintain Calibration records of instruments. Communicate to shop floor supervisor if any discrepancies.... All are related to the quality check of the parts and related activities.

Can you guys let me know in which NOC does these duties fall under.

Appreciate your feedback.

Brother,

U can email them (HRSDC) to know the NOC code..........:)

This may acceptable for the slower VO's like us whom process a file with more than year......:D

The thing is that when a case officer process a file for 9 months -in that case he need to verify the PCC ...In that case if the PCC is valid one yr then he can accept it as valid.....

I understand your point...but they have quoted examples of people e.g - "siddharth"...and when something comes straight out from the horses mouth you tend to believe it...and i can guarantee many people after reading that post were in the mode of thinking...what will happen if this is true... and instead of preparing themselves for their new life...they would waste a whole lot of effort inquiring form various sources which would not be fruitful...and they might even start to loose hope... :( :( :(

Hi harka
Nobody can give assurance for good job at earliest and nobody said all gonna suffer from same fate
We should respect word of advice from everyone
I agree his experience was not all good but we have to allow others to share their part of reality

My personal experience is canada is beautiful country and one should be ready to do odd jobs in initial phase

Nothing personal bro, all the best

we are not "demotivating" you... we are informing you the other side of the coin so you will be better prepared in coming here... :o in that case, you will have a better plan on the what if's here...

just like for the one who got a job at $14/hr... do the math...

$14 x 8 x 5 x 4 = $2,240/mo - 12% tax = $1971.20 NET INCOME
EXPENCES: $1,000.00 (single bedroom)
130.00 (bus pass)
120.00 (MSP - medical)
50.00 (Hydro- water & electric)
70.00 Phone (necessity)
the remaining is for your expenses for 1 month... if your single, you'll survive... :o

How about weekend jobs... Over time ... If u r on 14cad$ job ;)
