I am new to this forum.
Please let me know its right time to apply under 2173-software engineer.I have ielts,waiting for WES report,have docs ready but few doubts.

1.I dont have my surname\family name on passport therefore not able to validate generic form IMM0008.
2. I have lost my degree certificate,have sent provissional degree to WES.I have fir for lost degree and advertisement in newspaper but collge will issue duplicate after 2-3 months so WES report will be sufficient with copy of provisional degree.
3.I have stayed in 5 different states in India,do I need to get PCC from all states ? how much time will it take to get them.
4.What to fill in national identity document for india-I read forum-it says leave it blanck?
family name for mother and father mandatory on background form? as on passport its blanck.
5.how to write name in native language on background form?
6.How many years to mention in primary and secondary education and field of study till 10 class on background form? I am 10 -12-btech.
7.Do I need to mention all adresses of all states where I have stayed.
8.I am Single-so in economicclasses federal skilled form,do I need to tick NO or leave it blanck where for spouse is asked like under 7c and 9b
9.In Additional family details-it is mentioned to write names in English and Native language also.How to write in a correct manner
10.in supplementatary info travel-I am single so do ai have to leave it blank for spouse and dependaent or write Not Applicable?[/glow]

Go ahead with your spouse's IELTS immediately for the nearest available date...By the time the application is rejected, you can reapply again. Even if you reapply by September end or early October, there is a possibility to just scrape through.

Also CIC has not declared whether they will stop considering PER from 1st Jan 2015 or applications from 1st Jan 2015. So take your chances if you are really interested. You never know, you might just be lucky..

To all May 7 and 8 applicants, in spreadsheet ,who are waiting for receiving their PERs : please let me know if you are an active member. You know, I am worried about not updating datas by some members who really received their PERs!
May be I'm the only May 7 just DD charged . Sad Shocked

Is it possible to add one more sheet in SS, with " APPLICATIONS by NOC and Status" similar to we have one by name Apps by rcvd. date and status.

just exchange App. Received Date with NOC and rest same...

Apologies if this has already been discussed/answered in this forum but can someone help me out on my request below.

1. My Country of residence is Switzerland. So, while filling in the form should i select the immigration office as Paris but post the application to Sydney, NS, Canada. Is my understanding correct?

2. As for many for us, my company has denied to provide the work experience letter in the requested format. Please help me with the alternatives/ templates etc. so that i can arrange for this soon. (This is the only thing pending for me to complete my application)

3. Any means that can help me to review my application before i submit it to CIC? Any pointers will be helpful + how much they charge for the review?

Which NOC are you applying under? Yes, you send application to Sydney, NS and you designate Paris as your VO if you reside in Switzerland. You should include copies of your employment contract, pay stubs etc if you can't have your employer include main duties/responsibilities in the reference letter. Are they stated in your work contract?
