Hi..can anybody help me? do I need to refill all the forms or old ones are ok...shall I submit only affidavit with old form or shall I go for new forms?

why u want to send a new report of ielts? u didn't sent it with app? or u attempted it again now? if u sent it with app then wait for per, after that u can send it directly to ur visa office with reference uci no.

experts plz advice.

I want to help and keep checking this forum daily but by the time i try to reply for the there are very senior guys who have extremely accurate info they reply.

any way i do reply the people who PM me regarding any query.

I will try to follow your advice for try to be more active

They will definitely try .... but after 3-4 days .......... there has been couple of such instances and they retried after 3-4 days, so u have to wait patiently

Hi...New to forum..just wanted to share that my application reached on 20th may has been sent back today...I got package today only...Reason was birth certificate of spoce was not submitted..in fact I had submitted 12th standard school leaving...but I suppose they require 10th school leaving.....NOC-1113

First of all sorry to hear this bro. Secondly, you still have time so don't loose hope. Thirdly, just want to cross check whether the 12th leaving certificate contains Father's/mother's name of your spouse!!

No it will not affect your application but you need to give new passport with spouse details to your local VO...

Me and my wife haven't added spouse name in our passport, but applied along with marriage certificate.
So if we add spouse name now, will that affect my processing?

I just got the Medical Request from NDVO.

i was expecting some sort of communication from NDVO regarding start of process or something like that but got the MR instead .
They have asked to submit it in 60 days.

I am getting married on 7 September what should i do to include my future spouse name in the application.

Try to get arrange certificate before getting married...
I mean to say try to registered your marriage before 7 of of september and send your updated information to visa office...they will guide you to send updated forms nd others stuffs

Dear Friends,

Apologies if this has already been discussed/answered in this forum but can someone help me out on my request below.

1. My Country of residence is Switzerland. So, while filling in the form should i select the immigration office as Paris but post the application to Sydney, NS, Canada. Is my understanding correct?

2. As for many for us, my company has denied to provide the work experience letter in the requested format. Please help me with the alternatives/ templates etc. so that i can arrange for this soon. (This is the only thing pending for me to complete my application)

3. Any means that can help me to review my application before i submit it to CIC? Any pointers will be helpful + how much they charge for the review?

better don't update ur passports now, this can cause a delay in ur processing as u might then have to submit supporting docs. if u r making a new pp then u just have to submit its attested copy to ur VO else don't indulge in this hassle. let ur case finalizes, get visa, leave for Canada and then do the changes. I believe it wont gona hurt ur case.

hi experts... An urgent query. Just now CIC tried to charge my CC but did not went thru successfully as my CC international limit was only 40K. i have now immidiately changed it to 1L INR..... Will they try to charge again???

Thanks for the response, Goku. By CoR, I meant Country of Residence. I was trying to find out if its easier to get a job offer from India (or any other country) if you show that you have a PR. Most companies (at least in the software industry) shy away from hiring people abroad due to LMO and visa processing constraints. Does having a PR circumvent that? Yes being a PR you have better chances of getting a job as most of the employer are not willing to hiring an employee temporary status.
Once I land in canada within the time stamped on my passport and regardless of my duration of stay there, I'll have 5 years of PR, right? I think by the time you chabge rules would have been changes, and you will get PR for 6 years.
