two simple questions

1. Shall I submit copies of National IDs for my children?
Also, my spouse will go with me, so is it not necessary for me to proof full custody for children?
But just enclosed their birth certificates?

2. Schedule 3 Economic Classes Q 11
Assets, Liabilities, Settlement Funds
I think it is impossible to have precise numbers, so can I just fill in rough numbers like CAD50,000?

1. I think that, if they already have it, yes, if not, obviouly noy and explain that you don't have them in a letter.
2. In my opinion ir perfect to round the numbers... mine was in US $ so I made a rough convertion and put a round number.

If somebody knows more precisely, please share

Did that document contain the father's name Mother's name and the Date of Birth ? It it contains all the details then i dont think there is any reason of rejection . I have also send my higher secondary certificate and as per my Lawyer a reputed one its enough in absence of proper Birth Certificate , I just added on self signed affidavit why my BC is not available .

Hi...New to forum..just wanted to share that my application reached on 20th may has been sent back today...I got package today only...Reason was birth certificate of spoce was not submitted..in fact I had submitted 12th standard school leaving...but I suppose they require 10th school leaving.....NOC-1113

More evidence that one round of checking is going on for May 20th guys - where is Mr. LittleOwl?

This checking is prelim checking without any fee charge or anything - just to see is something stands out for a sure shot rejection and then sending back package.

*Oscar dear, I sent my Spouse's 10th Marksheet in place of Birth Certificate.
*I sent mark sheet because she said 10th Passing certificate is not provided in Haryana board only 10th mark sheet is provided.
*And i attached it just next to my birth certificate in row in package.
Will it will be a problem.
*10th Mark sheet contain D.O.B, father's and Mother's name.
Even i didn't sent any affidavit for that.

Document contained Fathers name...and yes no affidavit....shall I have to fill up all forms again or old ones are valid?

Once you get the PR how much time do you have to make the first entry? One of the forum members posted their stamped passport pic and looks like its about 10 months. Will this be the same for everybody? No that wont be same for everybody. You get visa until your Medical is valid and medical is valid for 1 year. So for instance if you did medical on say 23rd September, 2014 then you will get visa until 22nd September, 2015. So you have to land before expiry date on Visa and COPR as it likely not possible to renew/extend Visa or COPR.

Also, do most people land in Canada and then search for a job or do they find a job from their CoR and then fly? You have to land in Canada to get a job(if you don't have a job offer). I exactly don't what you meant by CoR but if you meant to say COPR then it has nothing to do with job search. COPR is landing document and is only meant for landing purpose.

Now i am worried because i didn't sent any affidavit for my spouse that not having BC and attaching 10th mark sheet.
second i don't remember that whether in cover letter i mentioned it or not that i am sending my spouse's 10th certificate instead of her BC.

Seniors, please update should i send another application under same NOC with new report of IELTS or is there any alternative
because as it is mentioned here do not send duplicates of your application or documentation.

Thanks for the response, Goku. By CoR, I meant Country of Residence. I was trying to find out if its easier to get a job offer from India (or any other country) if you show that you have a PR. Most companies (at least in the software industry) shy away from hiring people abroad due to LMO and visa processing constraints. Does having a PR circumvent that?
Once I land in canada within the time stamped on my passport and regardless of my duration of stay there, I'll have 5 years of PR, right?

do i need to print and attach all forms in application package whether they are applicable to me or not? I mean to say that I do not have any other Additional Dependants other than mentioned in Generic Form. And also I am not having any representative. So I have 2 blank forms. What to do with them? should I attach blank? Should I sign them at the end if I have to attach?? please explain...

Me and my wife haven't added spouse name in our passport, but applied along with marriage certificate.
So if we add spouse name now, will that affect my processing?

I'm done with this process! Thank GOD, we did it in a record time. We applied from Ireland, as we are studying here. However, we are Venezuelans running away from our country because of the crisis over there.

I think the key is GOD, Although I called mine different than many of you, I STRONGLY believe that is the same God. So, keep believing and MAKING that happen.
