my application has returned on 12 aug stating : Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 12 Aug 2014. It was deemed incomplete due to a payment issue. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

plz explain dis... also my dd has 3 months validity which has expired on 12 aug.. plz guide me wot to do next.. applied under NOC 2132.. application sent date was 20th may..

Sorry to hear..it is very unfortunate. My advise is to re-send the whole application again with new DD or Credit card with longer validity period. Ask the bank to provide longer validity period, because it is an international DD.
your NOC is not so hot, so you can still make it this year.

What is the importance of mentioning the city of destination in the application. Suppose i mention calgary but landed in toronto and stays there. Does that have any effect in future?

No, but you cannot mention that you intend to reside anywhere in Quebec, nor can you land in Quebec. Quebec has its own skilled worker program and the FSW isn't eligible for Quebec. You can land anywhere that is not in Quebec. After you land you can move anywhere you like though.

Just a query. I have 10+ years of total work experience but have only 4 years of experience related to NOC. How many points i will get for the work experience?

maximum 15 for 6 years, assuming you have demonstrated the experience and it is within skill type 0 or skill level A or B of NOC.

thanks a lot for your reply..they have mentioned the date since i am working as authorised person with them and agree to abide by the rules and regulation of SEBI as well as company. there is no salary as brokers work on commissions

secondly Certificate from regulatory is in itself is govt document and also anybody can check my registration certificate on NSE website.

No, it isn't. You have to provide a description of your DUTIES at your employer, which is written by someone other than yourself. Either your HR or senior on company letterhead, or if that's not possible, from someone else such as a senior or colleague on plain paper. Those DUTIES must match the description of the duties in the NOC. Showing you have a license and an employment contract means nothing to CIC (unless that contract contains a detailed description of the duties you are to perform for the employer).

Hey guys, God is indeed good all the time. Just got confirmation from my bank that my DD was encashed on 31st July. So awaiting PER and better yet, expecting AOR.

Guys in form 5406, when spouse is filling, the main applicant is him or me? In whole application i am the main applicant
is that a big problem if i wrote in both cases me as an applicant?
