I think you didn't got my question.I am not checking whose file will get processed first or last..... I want to ask gap between PER & medical/Visa.
So for eg gap is 2 months. You can add that in your PER date and get your approx date of medical and i can add into my date... Hope this clarifies.

This is what i tried to tell you....NDVO currently sending MR or PPR to 2013 candidates ...check with FSW 2013 spreadsheet , Once they completed or few 2014 candidates might overlap existing 2013 case processing (for sure early applied 2014 people only).There is no sure shot or avg formula to check one's MR turn after PER except to keep on checking the arrival of second line in ecas like "we have started ....on this date." , once this line start appearing , then MR calculations could be done 10-60 days from this status date....hope you got point.

A bank certificate from the bank (preferably with CAD conversion )and a bank statement of three-six months is the ideal doc buddy...

A friend of mine who is in Canada now has renewed his passport before he asked for submission for visa. He send new one and attached the old one which was expired. He got visa on new passport.

Thanks Oscar, I have 2 options now.

Renew it before Visa stamping. I need to update Local Visa office & give clarification. Hope this will not delay processing..... so worried
Renew it after visa stamping & getting PR card after landing canada. We can get it renewed from there also?

Just last week, I got my ECAS status " In Process ", My app reached at same date & time on 9th May. And drawn DD from SBI ifself. But still SBI guys didnt tell me when it got encashed ... :'( :'( :'(

So I am guessing it should have encash on same date like your date , Now waiting for PER , Bit worried at I am on excatly 67 point :-[ :-[ :-[

Don't Worry Neel! When PER comes, the exact date of encashment will be known. Anyways, you can send an email to SBI. I had been doing regular follow up over email and phone both and then only they confirmed. I would suggest that you drop an email to their overseas branch. Also since you are confirmed that DD has been encashed, you can visit the local branch in India and tell them that DD has been encashed and you want to know the details. That may help!

One of my friend applied for NOC 2174 on May 9th. CC mode. But till date he have not received any intiamation, no CC charge, no NER.

What to advice him rather than waiting?? Can some one share the mail id to enquire and also the contact no and procedure to call CIC.

 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

I think you can use the old passport information and then explain the situation in an annexure with your application. My wife's passport was also up for renewal at the time we applied, and we explained this. No problem.

So for your case, before applying FSW did you apply for your wife's passport renewal or your wife's passport is about to reach the expiry date and later you had applied after submitting the docs to CIC.
Why I'm asking is, we've already applied, now the old passport was sealed with CANCELLED.
Thats why i'm in a Quandary state :'( :'( :'(

Can i send this passport copy and with the explanation letter.... Please advice bro...

Just wanted the forum's views on chances of pre 9th May CC charge. I was one of the few 8th May applicants who got charged end of July; most others were mid July or earlier.
One of my colleagues in office (application recd. on 9-May) hasn't got his CC yet and he is not sure what to do. I am of the view that although he should not lose hope, he should at least obtain additional IELTS TRF and updated bank statement and keep the app ready. Wait till say August end and then send his application (NOC 2171 - medium hot NOC)

Any views?

Very clear reason...

There is lots of applicant on 7th May (174) and on 8th May (83 person)...

CIC is sending PER to 7th May now....
Just tell him to wait for his turn....Its not too far way...

May be it will take two weeks more...
