About bank statement. Yes, it is enough according to checklist.

Property evaluation is linked to assets, and not the settlement funds. I am not sure about the validity though, but I guess it should be fine because that value can not affect the application in any way.

Experts,

I got below response from my Ex boss when I requested reference letter per CIC format.

"HR told me that they have already responded to you saying that whatever they could give they have given to you in the form of relieving letter already. As per Company policy they said neither HR or anybody from company should endorse the work done and other details. "

I know that alternate option is to get affidivate stating this reason but I am at USA & can get notarised through bank manager on plain paper but not on stamp paper.

any suggestion, how should I prepare my letter so it wont leave any doubt.

I have supporting documents from the company as below:
Initial offer letter, relieving letter, my business card, some pay slips & above email denying any further issuing of letter.

Thanks..

File for an affidavit and declare all your JDs. Submit it with all your supporting documents and you will be good. I personally know someone who did and got through without interview. Just make sure you make your affidavit DETAILED, especially in the Job description part. Try having someone to vouch for you via an affidavit too. It'll add to your case.

TRICKY SITUATION :o PLEASE REPLY

Yes That's true we need to score minimum 6 in each band and IELTS scores need to be valid. What if one manage to get 6 bands in 3 disciplines and 5.5 in forth and can not apply and have to re appear and if he reappear in next IELTS he manage to score 6 or better in the one he failed to score last time but now get 5.5 in some other discipline. Can he be still eligible to apply since with 2 valid IELST reports results he scored over all 6 in all but not in alone 1 sheet. Funny but a factual valid question

How I wish they do that but they don't. IMO, they should even accept academic IELTS because they are generally harder than the GT. The rules are very clear on this one though. Sorry. Band 6 should be achieved in one sitting.

CIC; why have thou tormented me?

for you returneth my application in the year 2013 AD under the guise that thou Cap had filleth,

though saddened, I receiveth this news bravely like a warrior

because defeat is for the coward and weak at heart, I had picked up myself from the 2013 disappointment and gathered all documents, completed all forms and dispatcheth same to be receiveth by your Ark angel, Mike, on May 12, 2014.

since I have useth DD I cannot currently confirm if you have taketh your fees, neither did I findeth any information on UCI and yet no PER

O my heart is weary but not broken, my patience dwindles but not extinguished, my hope swings but alive...

do send my PER O CIC, I awaited thee as this suspense is becoming unbearable.

This is beautiful @teed618!

From the spread sheet (SS -2014) roughly 100 PERs were received in last two weeks and number CIC updated is 332, so we can say that 30% applicants from all over the world are on this web portal. This is somehow SS also calculated, hence we can rely on this estimation.

Good work!

The total count on CIC site is still showing 555. It should be 887.

Posting again....

Hello Seniors,

At this rate how much time will CIO take to reach 5th June applications?
I am seeing that CIO takes 1 week to process application received in 1 day.
I am worried because my demand draft will expire by that time.
Does anyone know how I can submit my credit card form if the application is already at CIO?

Thanks,
Nilesh

A friend of mine got her FBI clearance recently. When she applied, the FBI website said that the bureau estimated average processing time to be 25 days. That was a very accurate estimate- Her application was indeed processed 25 days after it was submitted!

I am an IT professional.I have just came to know about Fsw.I understand that it will take time for IELTS and WES certification. Is there any chance to fit in the cap if I apply in October ?
