I hv one query. Pls help to resolve...
I hv sent my application on dated 26th Jul'14 & the same has been delivered to Nova scotia on 1st Aug'14.
I hv claimed 68 Points
Age 12
Education 21
Ielts 20 (L6, S6, R7, W7)
Experience 15
I hv not claimed points for spouse ielts exams.
Pls check if I hv made correct calculation & also advice if spouse's ielts exam is compulsory.

- include 2 self mailing labels (What does this mean ? ) Do i have to make my address stickers or just a print out in a paper would be sufficient?

- The bank balance in the bank certificate is like $12456, do i mention the exact amount or just mention $12000 .

Just Notice while gathering all my doc for FSWP2014 that the bank certificate stating my Name as " Hasan " while my name spelling on every identity document is " Hassan " .
my name spelling is wrong in my account profile.
what to do ??
1. Send it as it is as the letter also states my National ID card no which is correct and mentioned on my passport.
2. attach a covering letter explaining the all situation ??
3. make a new account and transfer my amount in it ?

Friends, I am ready to post my application for FSW with all the required docs. But not sure on the Immigration office to be requested for posting the application.

I am the primary applicant currently on H4, living in usa, my husband is on h1b which expires in april 2015 and which will be renewed for another 3 years.

not sure if we should request new delhi visa office or ottawa. Please help

You can and should choose Ottawa. You can also choose ND.

:-[ :-[ no DD encashment today ?? wonder when cic is going to finish may month ??i applied on june 16 th at that time they where processing may 7 th files now its almot 55 days its only may 13 till now .so almost 55 days for processing 6 days files. according to this speed they are going to take 165 days more to finish whole of may month just for dd encashment is it going to be like that

There was a huge flood of applications up to somewhere between May 14-16. After that the number tailed off and only a handful seem to have been received per day. It won't take nearly as long do to the second half of May's applications as it has to do the first half of May's applications.

Its like 82 days since app received by CIC, how does one know if application is accepted?
1. Are we expected to receive email which means - PER?
2. Also do they send email for application rejection if the application is incomplete or they return the application by mail that's all?

If u ever got visitor or student visa of canada, check your stamping. They give uci number on that and it remains same , you can try with that uci number (it's 8 digit number 1234-5678 in this format) or u have to wait for their PER mail

yes we applied without a job offer and we are 2014 applicants. Our application arrived on the first or second day of them opening so we must have been possibly the first from London to get our application in.
