With God's grace, I finally received PER today after a very long wait. For everyone who's still waiting, I wish you the best of luck!

It's still a long way ahead for most of us here, but our spirits are high! God willing, whatever happens now, will be for the best

My perception is - If CIC finished the 7,8,9 PER then CIC will catch the speed, issuing PER on the same date of CC/DD encash.

I think CIC is now giving priority to work on 7,8,9 PER first to cover the backlogs and next to CC/DD encash of date 12,13........

That is also a GOOD sign to accelerate SPEED I think and It is a GOOD strategy too

Only hurdles for CIC is handling huge application on 7,8,9,12. After then they will catch the speed i think

I doubt that.. !! I do hope they pick up speed... There is another bottleneck on May 14th (more applications than 12th or 13th May)..

anyone of 15th may application received got the CC or DD Charged up

i have send my application for 2132 and been received by CIC Nova Scotia on 15th May2014.

Yet to receive any update from them.

Did anyone of 15th may2014 got to hear from them ??

Not yet. Currently 12th and 13th May CC and DD charge is going on. Think you need to wait for another 15 days.

Yesterday 1 person reported ECAS status change (added another line "" we have started processing ....." ) for NDVO ...
and few visa offices are even close to finalise 2014 candidates for visa grant.Why NDVO is working so slow...
