Congratulations to all those whose cases are processed or progressing smoothly.

Another set of questions, especially to those who sent payment through a CC.
Credit cards in Pakistan are usually locked for internet payment and need to be 'opened' by calling a number and giving out your information that allows you to specify a date till which the CC will remain active for internet payment.
- Did you need to do this?
- How long should these be opened for?
- Any other precautions while paying through CC? (Other than expiration date, of course)
- Can two different credit cards be used to pay the fee. For example: One card for principal applicant and spouse and another for kids?

...DOCUMENT CHECKLIST IMM 5612........

S.NO. 20.....This is regarding the Fee payment..i am using my credit card for payment and has ticked the original [] box and beneath that there is another box for copy []....i didn't get its purpose. can somebody please clarify in which condition i need to tick it ?

It's mentioned in the checklist itself. That is for the copy of receipt for the payment to mission (in case one opts to do that).

DON'T WORRY dream16 ,I can understand your feeling, I think CIC lost some where in system - issuing PER on the same date or within a week time of CC/DD Encash - But i think they are correcting the mistake. that is also Good Sign

Imagine you suppose your DD Encash 19-08-2014. and waiting for next 45 days approx. Is still frustrating. Isn't !!!.

let we think in another way .If they issued all the PER of 7,8,9,12 within a month time from now. then what ? you will get DD encash and PER in a week time after your payment encash. NO WAITING

BE COOL . DAY WILL COME.

Yes, your information is accurate, i am 14th May applicant and waiting for DD to be encashed, its sad that they are ignoring our applications and busy sending PER apps to everyone else, they should have a department to review app for every stage rather than jumping on hundreds of app received 1 day and letting other aspirants like us have sleepless nights

Multiple CC can be used, but why dont you go for DD if CC is such a complex process. DD is safer.
