I have a doubt. If CIC caps indicate based on number of PER sent, then People dont have PER are out of game/ CAP .
Am i correct. Could you please explain the Process about this.

Only photocopy of transcripts and certificates for graduation and master.

Do we need to submit all the educational mark sheets, Certificates (Photo Copies / Transcripts) along with the application?

Yes u have to take the photocopies of ur marksheets, certificates and get the notary on that. U have to send those documents including Transcripts from ur college(original) and ECA report (Original).

Corrections to the above:

No need for notarization for any document in English.
Marksheets are not mandatory, Degree certificates are.

Once the cap is reached for a particular NOC, further applications in that NOC will be returned without review and will not receive PER.

If you're worried because you don't yet have your PER, don't. Lots of May 7th people don't have their PERs yet and we are nowhere near the cap in any NOC from 7th May apps.

(I say that, and yet I am a nervous wreck because I don't have mine!)

I'm really surprised how applications reached CIC by early May if you can only work on your reference letters after you know which NOCs are available.
After the 2014 NOC list was released I then prepared everything for NOC 1123. My documentation was done only 1 month after that - so no idea how some people had everything done a few days after the official NOC list release. It's impressive!

Anyone applying under NOC 1123?

Once sub cap of 1000 of a particular NOC received 1000 PERs, there will be no recharge and all the applications of that NOC not charged will be returned.

So before issuing 1000 PER of a particular NOC, all the applicants of that NOC can expect to be within CAP.

Last time, CIC didn't cash my DD due to cap reached. but this time DD is cashed, thats why i asked this question.

Most of them are from 2013. Some of the NOCs are repeated in 2014 so those people were already ready with their guns out of their holster, ready to fire.

Got PER email about 90 minutes back. Finally made it! Jai Shakti Ma Jai Bholenath

Application reached 7th may.
CC charged 12th June.
NOC 2174.

Was apprehensive , because people who are charged CC long after me received PER. So buddies, PER is not in order of CC/DD charge date.. People who did'nt receive PER do not loose hope.

CIC doesn't indicate the last updated date. They want all of us to be in a state of confusion and hope, so that all of us keep applying and applying ......
