Hi everybody.

Can you give me a piece of advice!?

I have 10 years of experience in the IT industry, but 6 of them was at my own company.

Unfortunately it is a bit complicated (time consuming) for me to obtain documented proof of this 6 years period.

Since I only need the minimum points (9) in this subject, would be any problem to leave it without documented proof?

All you have to do is attach a letter from 3rd party individual(s) indicating service and payment details. If you don't need points from this, at least make something to this effect. Because you will be mentioning this in your background history anyhow.

"Missing Master evaluation from WES"
I saw it on SS for one person (saurabk1).

Does it mean;
1. Master qualification
Or
2. The cover letter from WES addressed to us.

Lets suppose I worked on same NOC as following :
1 year and 6 months in company A
1 year and 6 months in company B
6 months in company C
6 months in company D

How many years would CIC consider as work experience ??
- 4 years ( 1.5 from company A + 1.5 company B + 0.5 company C + 0.5 company D)

or

- 3 years ( 1.5 from company A + 1.5 company B )

Please, mention why count 3 or 4 year!

yes u can show that as a proof....but mentioned detailed explanation in the cover letter for not having paystubs and all

Generally they want only reference letter, isnt it? And unless they ask for additional documents would it be wise to tell them if we have them or not?

I don't get pay stubs because I work from home and salary is transferred into my account every month, simple. Would that be unusual for someone working from home?

Oscar may be he sent his WES with graduation and it gave him less points and ultimately his aggregate became less then 67 so they gave him NER and now he is saying he has Masters evaluation or what he did was he sent his WES seprately for Masters . As his documntation was complete they charged the fess but due to less points they awarded NER .

[size=9pt] Hi, There is not much clarity on his issue so I would recommend ignoring it for the time being until the time he provides clarity on his case. Enjoy!

No you don't have to provide those stubs.

You can give those deposit transactions for the salary though.

Has CIC ground to a halt as I see PERs flooding in but no recent CC charge. Can CIC not multi task and do CC charge/DD enchash and send PER?

He got NER which i think 99.99% due to less point s yes i am just speculating .

[size=9pt] No point speculating when he himself has not come forward to clarify despite several queries. Remember GTiwana's case, he was looking east when the problem was in the west!!! So brother please don't speculate on behalf of someone else is my thought / suggestion!!! The problem could be totally something else, who knows.

Points seems to be not an issue as he was claiming 73. But the reason he showed for his rejection is not acceptable - at least logically. If bachelor degree is acceptable, regardless someone done assessment for Master or not, it should be acceptable - either he is not disclosing something or it was error from review officer.

Thanks. Along with application you meant?? Or later only when if they ask for further proof?

Most of the time salary is directly transferred into the account but sometimes it is sent through western union and in that case I have to deposit cash in my account after collecting it from western Union. Would there be any issue for the cash deposit?

Dude it's the letter addressed to your name stating about credential report prepared carefully and so and with bar code at the end
