i did enclose WES positive ECA report in original for my bachelors degree and mentioned that i only intend to claim points only till bachelors. I never mentioned to wes about my PGDM and nor did fill details about my PGDM. I had to mention PGDM in my CIC application as otherwise there would be gap plus i would be giving incorrect details to them. and i have enclosed copies of all my education certificates from PGDM to HSC. U think it will be ok or to be sure i send them my PGDM evaluated copy from WES which for sure will not be recognized by them.

I did exactly the same so let us first wait for saurabk1 to respond on what he did.

Hi...

I have opted for delivery of my WES ECA report through Standard Mail. I am from India. Could anybody suggest as how many days it may take to reach the post to India?

Thanks

it is better to request international courier service...they send through UPS courier service and it will only take 4 days to reach india...only some more dollars enough....standard mail may take more than 12 days

Dear Seniors,

I found this info on the following website: http://immigrationcanada.pro/immigration-rules/skilled-workers/

Presenting Your Work Experience

You will need evidence of your work experience as part of your application.

Items such as income tax returns or income tax receipts on their own will not be acceptable.

Ideally, you should provide letters of reference from your current and past employers. These letters should be on company letterhead and signed by the appropriate individual. The letters must include your period of employment, positions held, duties, salary, hours of work, and a business card of the person signing.

If you can not provide all of the above, you must include an explanation in your application why not. If you do not have (or can not get letters of reference), the next best thing would be to provide old contracts of employment with your employers, or old performance appraisals, etc.

If you can not provide any of the above, your application may be in jeopardy. If you can find an old supervisor or even work mate, he or she could swear an affidavit on the above details of your employment to help support your application, along with your own explanation and description.

At this point, you will have to get creative about documenting your work experience. Are there any third-party publicly available documents about you on the web you can point to? Any news articles? Association newsletters?

You will need to find anything you can to support your work experience claim and accept that CIC may or may not accept it depending on the circumstances.

What do you think about this.I am in a position where I cannot get Letters with JD mentioned on it.Just wanted to know if this is true...

Regards,
Affy

I know all want to help, but blindly posting answers without checking that they have been answered few seconds/minutes ago is creating huge bloating on the forum. Around 10-15 same replies for a single question............
Eg. currently trending: WES ECA delivery method query posted by Vikram_IDBI

Can we all be a little more sensible in posting replies to queries....

Thanks all... in advance....

Sorry if I am sounding rude..

Edit: I will remove this post soon... Just my 2 cents to prevent bloating.
on another note, a funny one, I see senior members who come from different timezones and start answering queries asked days back without realizing that almost all of them had been answered there and then... (And am not referring to Oscar7, he is damn intelligent)

Letter of Reference is one of the most significant areas which can make or break your chances. As suggested in the article itself: "If you can not provide any of the above, your application may be in jeopardy. If you can find an old supervisor or even work mate, he or she could swear an affidavit on the above details of your employment to help support your application, along with your own explanation and description."
