Thank God your Mom is asking and that too just for PER... My Wife directly asks me that when are we going to Canada... She does not want to listen anything about PER, AOR etc etc... :'( :'( So, you can say to your Mom if all goes well final decision will be made by Apr-May 2015 for you..
To explain further you can say that if "I would have sent my application on 1st May and also if my VO would have been CPC-O then I would have got the PR by now instead of PER"...
And simple explaination is that CIC is reviewing 5 to 10 applications per day but inflow of application is 30 to 40 per day and therefore there is a backlog...
If nothing works then switch off your phone or add "Call Forwarding" to CIC customer center number and your Mom will directly talk to CIO and scold them what they are doing..

Before a query...a quick overview..NOC 2232, app received on 12th may, got rejected on 18th july and received app back on 31st July.

Okay, so this time, my form was filled with a UCI no. by the VO herself (yea, a lady..her name was Katie ), but the no. is creating confusion. It has got a symbol like 'PHI' in mathematics and a no. 5 is looking like 'S'. blame her for her writing... :-X :-X...so..Can someone tell me how a standard UCI no. looks like so that i can match it with mine and fill it in my new app form...thanx

I am preparing the documents to apply under FSWP in NOC 4011 University professors and lecturers end September. After completing my bachelor of technology (B tech) in 2005 immediately I joined engineering college as an Assistant lecturer full time, the college is affiliated to JAWAHRLAL NHERU TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY AND after 2007 I was head of the department till 2011 in the same college. And from 2011 from now I am not doing anything as I am on maternity and have to look after my two sons
I have some questions below please I would be thankful if anyone can help me out.
1. Will I be eligible to apply in FSWP NOC 4011? With my experience from 2005 to 2011 yes
2. What point will I get to show my experience from 2005 to 2011 If it was a full 6 years then 15, if not quite 6 years then looks like 13
3. What do I need to show after 2011 as I don't have any job, You will list your activities on the appropriate form. Full-time mother is probably what you should enter.
4. Is present job is mandatory? To show No.
5. As my job was in engineering college but it was directly affiliated to university will that acceptable? Sure

Update:


During FSW13 opening, after long waiting (since last time FSW was closed on 2012) I have applied on the very first day (May 04,2013) on NOC 2147. But unfortunately after waiting over 15 months my file is not having any satisfactory update or finishing. Still no trace when Singapore VO will start to send Medical request to its first FSW13 applicant. Max VO has already finished or in process to be finished FSW13 files very soon.

Since my wife is on US (for higher studies purpose) for last couple of years, I attempted to apply on last year to apply for second application package with the NOC 2132, but restricted myself for the CIC commitment that they gonna finish FSW13 files within a year....Alas, they cheated with us...

I was continuing my waiting that SGVO will send some good news within a few days.....But thing is not changing...waiting without any hope...without any trace...

Finally applied as spouse on NOC-2132 (Mechanical Engineer) today with the visa office of CPC-O. Hope this time God will not frustrate me....File should be reached on 8th Aug 2014....So officially I am now part of FSW14.....

My presence on your prayer is highly expected...

This is similar to what I did and I am so happy to inform you all that my DEBIT CARD has just been charged. My 2013 application has been stalled in Accra for over one year. I had to package another application for my wife. The application reached CIO Nova Scotia on May 12th,2014 (9.47am).

Just today,the debit card was charged....I probably will be pursuing this and do away with Accra Visa office for now.

Let me make somethings clear from this application.

1. Debit Cards (as long as they are enabled for international transactions) are acceptable and treated the same way as Credit Cards.

2. I had to apply for her alone with the family as non-accompanying (This was a cost saving measure for me,we can decide to opt in prior to the visa issuance).I can't throw away the much that it will cost the whole family because I had an application pending already.

3. Patience is key...

I wish everyone else waiting luck!

my DD was en-cashed on 10th Jul and i came to know it today (due to poor service of my bank).
I am may 8th applicant, so when can i expect PER ?
